04-05-2009 - called to report no trial received
04-09-2009 - account charged $79.99 for product
04-10-2009 - called again to request cancellation and refund; spoke
with Jodi; was assured cancellation would be processed and account
credited.
05-02-2009 - no "free trial" received; no product received; no refund or credit received.

Requesting again that steps be taken to refund both $6.95 S&H and
$79.99 for product.

Further communication will be with Consumer Protection and my attorney.
