I placed a one time order for supplements last year in the internet. I was very careful not to check the reorder box. I receive the supplements they charged my American express and I thought I was done with them.

To my surprise in Dec I saw a charge on my card I called American express to dispute it. Within three days after that a box of supplement was delivered in my home from the itv people. I immediately went to the post office and returned it. Hoping that the charges will be reversed.

I received a letter from american express saying that I receive a package so I'm responsible for the bill. I tried to call the customer service number listed on the information 1-800-240-0063 and 1-800-240-3417 but the answer is always that the phone # you called is experiencing problems and disconnect.

I am going to cancel my American Express card and I will never use them again.

I ordered books from ITV on 1/4/08 (their shipping rates are outrageous) billed my account 1/7/08(fast) today 2/4/08 I noticed an additional charge from them and called to inquire. They said it was for a news letter? Said they would cancel and refund I said Thank You. I also asked them to to check the status of my order ( It has not even been shipped) I told them to cancel it, they said they could not, that I would have to wait until I received it and then ship it back. And then I would get a refund of $14.95 (but I would lose the original$30.00 shipping + the cost to send it back!) that is why the shipping is so outrageous so you can't afford to return it! But it has not been SHIPPED YET! What a scam!

I ordered books from this corp., received books which are alot of HOGWASH. Now they have placed a 9.95 charge on my bank visa, I did not authorize this!!! I have made several attempts to contact them by phone, NEVER GET A REP ON THE LINE, they NEVER answer the phone!!!
