fraud
I was told I would get a free bottle of their product just pay shipping. My recept says Order is complete, cost of item $0.00 Fullfillment of order $3.87 <br />
Ordered on March 22 2010<br />
I changed my Debit card and cancelled the old one on 31 March 2010<br />
On 4/9/2010 They (naturcleanse) removed from my account 2 withdrawals of 87.47 for a total of $174.94<br />
This is a clear case of fraud by deception<br />

Unauthorized Charge to Account
I received two charges on my Visa account, one on 3/11/10 for $3.87 and one on 3/22/10 for $87.47. I called the number that was listed on my account statement 8887784605 and was told that I placed this order and that I could not be credited. I informed the person on the phone that I had not placed an order. Apparently someone has used my information and placed an order. I'm not even sure what merchandise was ordered. I have received no merchandise for the services charged. THIS IS FRAUD. I want my account credited for those charges. I need assistance in getting my account credited.

NEVER ORDERED IT
JUST RECEIVED MY BILL (VISA) AND A CHARGE FOR NATURCLEANE FOR $39.95 AND I DID NOT ORDER IT OR RECEIVE IT.
THIS SEEMS TO BE GOING ON WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT ACAI BERRY WHICH I CANNOT TAKE. THE DATE OF THE TRANSACTION WAS 7/25/09. I CAN NOT AFFORD OR WANT THIS ITEM. ALSO A $.99 WAS TAKEN FOR THE RAINFORESTBERRY. I FEEL THIS CO.
IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS AND MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN TOLD SHE HAS CANCER AND I'M VERY UPSET ABOUT THAT. PLEASE MAKE OTHERS AWARE OF THESE SCAMS. NOW I MUST CALL MY CREDIT CO. AND THE BUSINESS AND HAVE THEM REMOVE THIS CHARGE WHEN MY HEART IS BREAKING. I LIVE ON SS AND A SMALL PENSION AND PAY MY BILL MONTHLY. I AM 76 AND MY CREDIT IS VERY GOOD.

I ordered 1 FREE bottle of this and thay charged my card $87.13.I want my money back! I did not order any more than the 1 FREE bottle!

unauthorized bank charge
I ordered a free bottle of acai berry i was only supposed to pay 1.00 shipping. 1 week later my bank card was charged 83.00. which has caused me to have a lot of over charges in my account. i want my money back and that they pay all overdraft charges.
