Same problem as everyone else here! And if you really want to get even more frustrated, try calling their 800 number to get them to cancel!
Called 800-495-1182 for the "free" 14 day trial. I got that and was subsequently charged $79 and $85 in two weeks.
I called to cancel several times and once they know what I'm calling about, there is always a problem with their computers, they're down, database is being updated, can't find my info...
Other times they'll come up with some line that it's on its way.
I tried cancelling through my credit card but this vendor changes their information each time they bill my account so there is no way to have the charges stopped by the credit card company. I have to cancel my credit card and get a new one.
