Unauthorize credit card charges
This company made an unauthorized charge on my credit card. When I called them, the representative told me that I needed to cancel within 14 days from the date of product order, if not, the $88.00 will be charged to the credit card.
This is a SCAM!!! It takes several days for the delivery of the product, and then another few days to try the product to see if it works or not. I wrote a letter and demanded a refund for the money that they charge my credit card. If they fail, the letter and a complaint will be forwarded to the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce in Florida.
Their advertisement on e-mail blasts is for a 30 day trial bottle..

Unauthorized Charge
I had ordered the free trial of nature cleanse on 5/26/09, however, when I cancelled within 14 days I was not credited the $88.00. This is a scam. They do not make it clear that this amount will be charged at the time of purchase. They are not refunding my money.

Taking Unauthorized money
I requested to have trial supply sent for the $ 5.95 S&H fee. The $5.95 was withdrawn from my account, then $88.00. To make things worse I haven't recieved ANYTHING!!!. It's been about 3 weeks since the request was made for the product. Now I want all my money back, & they can keep their product. The ad on TV makes this offer sound so good, & good for you. It's a FRUD!!! This is a unnecessary headache to go through. Now have to go to bank & dispute the withdraw, and make sure this company doesn't STEAL anymore of my money. If there is a class action lawsuit for this company, I want in too. NBC didn't tell us about this mess!

got sick after taking
I got a free trial of Nature Cleanse order date 5/21/2009.Something came up was out of town till 6/03/2009.I took one pill that night and Thursday afternoon around 1-2 i started getting sick.Didn't sleep any last night much with sretching and the shits.Sorry about that but true.I called 1-866-779-7568 when i noticed i was build 88.00 from the company.Super.notified me i was surpose to get up with them in 14 days stop it.14 days up yesterday the fourth.I called another person her name was Delphina with the company exit 1352 and she was very nice gave me back 44.00 on it.Conf. no is 982564927.She also gave me this no when i contacted the claim dept 4756469.Super and first man i talked to was very rude.Thank you for any help you can give me.Sandra Palush

FRAUDULENT CHARGE
I cancelled my monthly automatic order but was still billed $88. They keep telling me they will refund it but never do. I had to cancel my card to keep them from billing it again without my authorization. CANCEL your membership and all future order before the 14th day from the initial order.

I tried the "free trial" on the pure nutrients web site than when I got the product I read the small print and never opened the bottle after 2 days of calling I finally got ahold of a person, I told her I never opened the bottle and Ill send it back. She said it would be useless because they will just throw it away. And I got a website which I cant find. Yay now who do I call to get my money back???????????

Fraudulent Company
Got the free trial. Cancelled before the free trial was over. We got charged $93.95...Called the good for nothing customer service center where i was given the run around until they got a supervisor on the line..which was being coached on the line by another person who wouldnt get on the phone. They said they sent an email to corporate and forwarded my complaint and claim. I couldn't get any info out of them. They are crooks! They will definitely clean your checking account but i cant clean your colon! I may have to get a new debit card because of this fraud. I will pursue this thing...If you have been caught in this trap i suggest recording the call...I did!

trial period
I was givin a two week supply of thier product " nature cleanse". It took ten days to recieve the product, only to find out I had two weeks from the order date to cancel. The order date was 5/14/09. I called to cancel on the 14th. They told me I had ordered on the 13th. my packing slip says the 14th. I feel I have been scamed. I wat my money back. I was givin this web site as a place to make a claim to get my money back, also misinformation. Iplan to refuse the shipment, but don't know how to move against them to get my money back.
