I ordered what i thought was a "free" sample bottle of their product. I only had to pay $5.95 shipping and handling, as advertised, which i did. After placing an order on the 15th, it was well over a week before the product arrived. in fact, 10 days. the product was not even postmarked until the 22nd and arrived on the 25th. i did not open the shipment until four days later and still did not notice a problem until the next morning a charge appeared on my credit card for $88.00 from Purenut Nature cleanse. In reading through the fine print that they sent along with the product, they state that there is a 14 day trial period and if you are satisified with the product, do nothing and you will be charged $88.00 for your monthly supply. they state that If you call within that period of time, you can cancel. I tried to call (30th) and they were closed for the weekend. i called first thing monday morning. and spoke with a representative and got no cooperation. she just kept stating the "14 day trial period". i had the product 4 days. They would not cancel, they would not refund. this is deceit. this is a scam. read the fine print, or better yet don't order the product. i would not have if i had known about the fine print and $88.00 for a small bottle of dietary supplements?

products stated that you would have 14 days to try, but when I received the product{ on the 25th of May, 2009} it stated that you have 14 days from the order date, which was the 14th of May, I didn't open as soon as I received the product, but when I did, I realized I only had three days to try the product, called to cancel the product, was told I had already been charged the full amount, I want this stopped, and My money refunded. I HAVE BEEN CALLING 866-779-7568 MAY 25-28. (I WAS ON HOLD EACH TIME FOR MORE THEN AN HOUR) TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. THEY FINALLY ANSWERED ON THE 28TH AND SAID IT WAS TO LATE. Took the product for 3 days and had horrible stomach and back pains. I called to cancel the memership. The first time I got no anwer then the next day I called to try and cancel again they said that they already billed my account for 88.00 .
I'm requesting a refund I dont want the product I was unhappy with it .
