I ordered this product on May 9th, received the product 7 days later, tried the product for 5 days. After experiencing constant nausa I stopped taking the product and my stomach finally felt better. I tried calling the costumer service number during the day on day 12, 13 and 14 only to get put on hold for over 20 minutes without getting anyone to speak with and using my only free time during my work day to call. On day 15 I waited again on hold for 20 minutes and I finally got a so called human to speak with only he told me I was a day late to cancel and I was to be billed for my first order but he would gladly cancel my subscription. He gave me the website for the claims department only to find out there is no such website. What an outrageous company! It really makes me wonder what the heck I put in my body. Not only should I be reimbursed for poor business management but so should all the customers that have been wronged by your company. Maybe you have all day long to stay on hold with your company but the one I work for would have me fired for being on the phone so long.

I ordered a free trial of Nature Cleanse from PureNutrientsProducts.com which I had to pay shipping charges. Another month is here and I had no idea that they would send me another bottle and charge my credit card with out me telling them to. I would like to have my money back since I was unaware of the monthly charges and it has overdrawn me in the back costing me money I don't have. I would be very thankful for the help.

wanted to cancel my subscription after my 14 day trial and no answer at the customer canclelation number

i ordered a free trail on line and tryed to call them on the 13th day after my order to cancel it cause i really dont like the product and the office was closed cause it was the weekend and they did not reopen till mon i called mon to cancel and they still charged me the $88 for a product that i am not even going to finish oh and did i mention i did not recive the product till the thurs before i tryed to call them. i think that it is a bunch of crap that they would work that way. i should not of had to pay that $88 if i called them as soon as i knew i was not going to take this product.
