Nature Cleanse Reviews

Fraud
When I received my product there was an invoice enclosed that included on the bottom:
"For our Free Trial Customers Only:
Terms and Conditions
We are so confident that you will love Nature Cleanse that we are not only giving yo a free trial but also a Risk free 14 day money back guarantee. You will have 14 days from your order days to evaluate the product. You will be billed $88.00 on the 15th day of your order. If you are unhappy with the product cancel at anytime during that 14 day period and pay nothing except shipping and handling. If you do not cancel you will receive, every 30 days, a fresh one-month supply of Nature Cleanse as part of our delivery program of which you will be automatically belled $93.95 per month. There are no obligations, cancel at anytime via our customer service line at 866-779-7568."

I called on Saturday August 22nd at around 5PM PST to cancel the product and no one answered the phone. I did receive a recording stating business hours. These hours are not stated on my invoice.
When I called the following Monday at 11 Am PST I was informed the $88.00 was already pending my credit card. I called my bank and had them hear what supervisor Jesse @ ext # 126214 had to say. He insisted that I go to the website for the hours-although I had explained that they do not show on my invoice. I am still being billed the $88.00 which is going to overdraw my account.

I called a lawyer today. I think we can start a class action suit so if you are interested please contact me @ [email protected]

Deceptive Advertising
This company charged my credit card the $5.95 shipping & handling for my “free” trial, then charged my credit card again a few days later for $88.00. My card was charged a 3rd time for $93.95, because “they were so sure I would be pleased with the results”, I was automatically being shipped a 2nd bottle. The “free trial” cost me the same amount of money as a regular shipment ($5.95 + $88.00 = $93.95). Deceptive advertising, to say the least.

I refused the 2nd shipment and am returning the unopened 1st bottle received for a refund. My credit card company has already been notified that I am disputing the charge.

If YOU had the same experience and Nature Cleanse has not resolved it, you have the right as a consumer to dispute it through your credit card, but you only have a limited period of time to do this, generally 30 days...Also, tell Nature Cleanse they have the option to resolve the problem with you right now, or you will dispute the charge via your credit card. This costs their company time and money to respond to the disputed charge (remind the customer service person of this), or speak to a supervisor and state the same facts. You should get much better resolution more quickly. You've already told them your intended action; they can make the choice how you proceed next.

Sample not received but received a full month supply .
Fine print on order page does not give a purchaser a chance to return samples. Did not receive sample but received product without paperwork and they indicated I was late according to their billing terms. I paid $80 for this mishap and would caution everyone to look at every thing on a :"free trial" website.

Charged another $93.95-when refund was expected
I made an order for the Nature Cleanse product. What I recieved was a bottle of an herbal product that in retrospect could have been purchase at a local store for about $10.
Then I was charged the $88 on my account. When I called to cancel any further orders. I got a customer service rep who could barely speak English and could not understand my question. I asked for a supervisor the rep had trouble putting me on hold and getting a supervisor. When I talked with the super I got the run around like "you failed to cancel in the trial period". I asked what I got for my $88 and the bottle that I was holding in my hand was it. I ased for a full refund and was told that I would have to return the product first which I did by 2 day mail with guranteed evidence of receiving the product, which I paid $7.30 for. This was on 2 Aug 2009...on 7 Aug 2009 I received an e-mail stating that refund was being sent. However on the 10 of Aug there was a charge on my Acct. of $93.95 not a refund. I went to my bank and canceled my card and set up the process of chalenging this charge.

Fraud
I've called to cancel my "free trial" three times now and haven't been able to get through on their toll free line. It's costing me $88 dollars each month to receive a product I no longer want and I have no way of shutting down the delivery. Each time I call, the line is "not in service". Rather suspicious isn't it. I'm going to the better business bureau and calling my credit card company with a to report their fradulant charge. I'll continue to call because that's the kind of person I am, but I hate myself for falling into Pure Nutrients trap! I should have known better!

They won't answer my calls, but they also wont' be getting any more money from me...and the better business bureau will also be alerted.

doesn't work, shabby service
This stuff had no effect at all. I got a phone call from the service department saying there had been a problem with the initial order and I needed to redo it. We did it over the phone. But the original order went thru and that’s when they started the “free trial” clock. So I missed my trial time deadline and now have a second months supply of the useless tablets.
I was told when I was called by them to redo/verify the order, to call the 1-800 number and dial their extension for any questions, but when I called I went straight to a rep who was not allowed to pass me to anyone, just tell me I screwed up and she was sorry. All I was allowed to do was cancel at that time.

Doesn't work
I am not satisfied with the Nature Cleanse Product and I wiah to cancel all future orders. Please have them stop shipping bottles to me and then billing me. I have paid all bills until the present and I will not pay any in the future.

REFUND
I am not surprised that I am not the only one. Looks like a class action lawsuit may be in the future if they don't start scamming people. I will be contacting the BBB.
