I ordered a sample of the Acai berry for 2.40 and my account was charged a week later 88.14 and I received no product from this company.

On 6/23/09 I ordered the $4.95 sample bottle of Nature Cleanse, in which it took almost 2 weeks to come in the mail. I thought I was being a smart shopper, and had made copies of my confirmation # along with a copy of their terms and conditions. I did try multiple times to contact this company with no success at all. All that ever happened when I called was it would play music for God knows how long. No one would ever answer the phone. I also had 2 of their representatives call me on my cell phone and ask me if I would like another great deal. I repeatedly told them NO, I did not want to reorder any of their product and to cancel any further orders from that company. I also told both of the NON AMERICAN Sales Reps for Nature Cleanse that there better not be any money taken out of my account at all. I tried forty different ways to make dang sure they understood me, and they still took money out a week or so later those two idiots that called me on the phone even told me that everything was going to be taken care of and not to worry, that no money would be taken out of my account. LIARS!!! I never have received that second bottle of Nature Cleanse that they chared me for. And after the 14 days was up I discovered that this company had taken $89 out of my bank account without my consent. That explains to me, why my debit card was declined at Toys R' Us, when I tried to by my son a birthday present. I couldn't tell you if the stuff works or not, because I'm too pissed off to try it. It was order # 50855423 .I will attempt to send it back, if it ever comes, for a full refund, but I can tell you, this company is nothing but a SCAM. There's no other way to put it. I've had to change my bank account info., just to put it all to a stop. My next step is contacting the BBB, the Attorney General, along with a few of my own opinions in the areas local papers, to let as many know what happened to me, and hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Our local news station has a complaint section on it's show, so they'll hear about this as well. I can't stand getting screwed like this. It may have only been $75 to this company but it was much, much, more to me. The same day I ordered the $4.95 sample bottle, I also ordered a different $4.95 sample bottle of Acai Nutraburst, in which this same exact scenario took place, They took a whopping $89.00 out of that same account. <br />
It was order #5085272. Did anyone catch how both my order numbers both start with 5085????? The funny thing is this stuff was really actually on Oprah Winfrey. I did see that particular show. I just wonder if Opra Winfrey knows these 2 companies are using video from that show to market this product in such an unscrupulous way?? I think I'll just send this to her too. What's it gonna hurt? It's companies just EXACTLY like these that has gotten American into the economical shape it is. And we wonder why our youth is so screwed up. I ordered off the web a free colon cleanse plus weight loss vitamins for S&H only. Please watch the small print regarding membership. I was charged $88.00 for a one month supply. I would like to cancel my so called membership. I have had the hardest time trying to get a hold of the company, the website does not have anyway of getting a hold of any type of customer service.

I am at this minute on hold with this company Now over an hour! According to the flyer, and websit fine print, i am within their hours of operation. they don't even answer to take an order! Even though I was tryong to cancell. The answer NONE of their lines

I ordered a trial of Nature Cleanse and tried to cancel the product prior to having the automatic order shipped but could not get anyone to answer the the phone number. The three options on the phone were: press one if you are in your trial period; press 2 if your trial period has passed; press 3 if you wish to order additional supplies. I held for over 30 minutes on #1 and well over an hour on #2 and did not call #3. No one ever picked up the phone; in fact, it sounded like someone continually pressed the hold button to keep the music going. I don't want the product but was charged over $88 for something I could not cancel. Since the websites do not offer any way to cancel the product I must now cancel my credit card since I refuse to pay for this product in the future. These people deserve to be shut down by the better business bureau. All I can say is stay away from this scam.
