These guys are very tricky...If you look under Pure Nutrients you will find LOTS of complaints. The reason is that they put Pure Nutrients on thier invoice so that all of the complaints go there, but their is nothing that says Pure Nutrients on their web site where you order. http://naturecleansepills.com/ does NOT offer a free 14 day trial period as advertised. Read all of the complaints under Pure Nutrients! I called to cancel only 4 days after receiving the pills and was told that I was 1 day too late and that they have already charged my credit card for the $88. + shipping and that they will not refund it!

This company is a scam and a fraud, they advertise a free trial for $5.95 shipping only, (IT IS NOT FREE). You have to cancel with in 14 days or they charge you an extra $88.00, also there is a charge of $.018, $2.82 for no explainable reason, Then each additional month they charge $93.95 and supposably they send you another bottle. I ordered my( FREE BOTTLE) June 2, 2009 and canceled right away I did not receive the (FREE BOTTLE) until 13 days later. I thought my order was canceled when I called June 2, 2009 to canceled and spoke to a Stephanie. Much to my surprise when I check my bank statement I had $88.00, $0.18, $93.95, $2.82 to the grand total of $184.95 charged to my account and have never received no other merchandise other that there so called (FREE BOTTLE). I called them back and they said they had no record of my cancellation, I told them that I had canceled right away they again went in to telling me that if I did not cancel within 14 days and that my account was active. I asked them about the charges and they could not explain them only to tell me that my account was active. Again I informed them that I had canceled prior to the 14 days they insisted that they had no record and proceeded to give me a fictitious e-mail address to the claims department. I then proceeded to e-mail that address with no luck. I thought I had gotten the wrong e-mail address. I called again they gave me the same song and dance about how I needed to cancel with in 14 days. I again informed the incompetent person on the other end of the line that I had done so aready. There response was the same and again gave me the same fictitious e-mail address which was the same e-mail address the other incompetent person gave me the first time I had called. The e-mail address they gave me is ([email protected]) check it out it does not exist, I don't know how to recover my money but if you can help please let me know. I have not received nothing other that there (FREE TRIAL BOTTLE) but what I have received is a lot of grief and unauthorized withdrawal from my account. This is FRAUD and they should not be able to get away with it. As of this date I have closed that account so they will not be able to withdraw any more funds and I have reported this fraud to my bank in hopes that they can do something about it.

I placed an order for Nature Cleanse on May 18th. I never received the product. On June 22nd I recieved a bottle of Nature Cleanse and was billed for it on June 17 according to my bank statement. How could I be charged $93.95 for a product that I never got to try for the 14 day trial period? I have contacted the customer service department at 1-888-779-7568 and requested that $93.95 be billed back to my account. I also canceled before anymore bottles were shipped. My cancellation number being CG4734219. So my question is, when will the money be put back into my account?

I ordered Nature Cleanse for free just pay s/h like the website says. I didn't like it so I cancel it within their terms and conditions 12 days from ordering it. Then my credit card showed it was charged for the full amount. I called to get my account credited and the company said they have nothing showing I called within 12 days. But I did call and cancel. They said no refunds and no supervisor available.

An online offer led me to believe that i could try Nature Cleanse, a Free Trial, paying only shipping n handling charged to my Visa... When in fact, now my account has been charged an additional $93.95, without my or any other authorization! Since the funds for this unexpected transaction weren't available in my account, I've been charged overdraft fees and funds were swept from my Savings account! PLEASE contact me to resolve this issue? I am awaiting cancellation and a refund... C. HEARD A.K.A. ANNOYED
