The Nature Cleanse pills made me sick. Pure Nutrients billed to my debit card the amount of $88.00. The advertisement was misleading as it stated there was a charge of $5.00 for shipping and handling for a free trial. After I made phone contact with a company representative, they stated the charge was made after 14 days. I stated this was never clearly stated. Therefore I am requesting the reverse of the $88.00 charge to my VISA debit account.

I did not want to start using the Nature Cleanse product until I received the Acai Berry product to use along with it. I had the date of future shipments extended 2 times because I had not received the Acai Berry. I had until June 4 to respond and I did call to say I hadn't been able to use the Nature Cleanse yet. I was told that the date would be extended to June 21. Then on June 8 I received an e-mail Order Shipment Notification. I called and spoke to a Melissa who cancelled future shipments and suggested that I write you so that any charges made with regard to the shipment on June 8 be refunded to me. She gave me a cancellation number of 4647728.

I called the day I received the product as I had left for a graduation on the other side of the state and had to attend family week at a rehab center. I was gone 1 week only and when I got home I noticed the bag with the product and called the company to cancel however I guess that their 14 days equal 7 days by their calendar because I was charged $88.00 via my credit card and when I called to dispute this I was informed that they do not give refunds and I and SOL. I am very disappointed in this company. thank you

I ordered Nature Cleanse and it didn't come so I thought my order didn't go through until I checked my bank acct 15 days later. They took out $88.00 before I had gotten ANYTHING. I called and spoke with someone and canceled my order that day. I was told that the money would be back into my acct that day and they looked up to see where my free offer was. They told me that it should be there that day. How are you to try something and cancel something with in 14 days if you don't get anything? It's now 6 days later and the money still isn't in my acct and they are giving me problems about it telling me that it will be 7-10 days before I get my money back. They will not listen to the problem and fix it. They keep over talking me and wont fix what they have done. I now have many fees due to this problem!!! Now after trying Nature Cleanse for 6 days...I can say that I would NOT tell anyone to try this. They are a company that doesn't care what they do as long as they get money!
