My wife ordered a "free" bottle of Nature Pure for which we were to pay a minimal shipping charge. When we received the first shipment, there was no contact information on the invoice, so we did not know who to call to cancel. I'm not sure how, but charges first appeared on our debit card, and I did not recognize the name of the company, so I called the number listed with the charge. That began a "run around" with me trying to figure out who the company was and what was charged. In the end, we were charged $39.99 for something (I can't even tell you what) from someplace called, "Fitness Hub" and then had a $92.31 charge to another card from "Direct Web Sales. " I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. I did call the company again at the number listed with the $92 charge ans was told that since I didn't call and cancel by the 18thm they were charging me the full price for another bottle of Nature Pure. I assure you that this product is not worth $92. The guy on the line tells me that everything is now canceled. We'll see because I have heard this line before. When I originally called, they said I couldn't cancel until it was closer to the 18th! I would highly advise that no one do business with these people. In fact, I would not accept any online promotion of a "nutritional" product.
