unauthorised collection of funds
Sent of for the free trial of natureberry acai berry product and vitality clean product via the internet and they then took payments of £74.24 and £74.24. Also further payments of £75.25 and £74.26 caused my account to go overdrawn and incur £45 in bank charges that I can see so far. Cannot afford this has left me no money to feed family this weekend am at my wits end.

UNAUTHORISED CHARGES
I signed up for the 2 free trials, one for Acai Berry and the other for Life Cleanse. I was only supposed to be charged £3.95 each but have since found out that they have taken £74.09 from my account without my knowledge or consent.
I finally manged to contact them on 0808 2389891 and was told that they intended to continue taking £74.09 from my a/c every month as I did not cancel the order within 15 days of receipt!!!
I finally managed to get this cancelled but they are refusing to refund the £74.09 and I have had to ask my bank to open a dispute with them for me.

Unauthorized credit card charges
Natureberry or Viv3 offer a free trial of some of their health products for the cost of shipping. They processed a charge of $ 6.60 Canadian for shipping. The product was received. they then processed another charge of $ 100.00 US plus shipping that worked out to $ 131.92 Cdn. when contacted, they claim this to be their retail price of the product, which they charge if you don't contact them to cancel within 15 days. This may be up to 4 times the cost of the product from anyone else!
There is no mention of of the 15 day condition in any of their information or correspondence. I am not the first to be caught by this outfit.

My wife was the victim of a scam by Natureberry by agreeing to pay £3.50 for packaging and posting of a free trial she unwittingly must have agreed to accept a monthly charge of £75.65 unless the original free trial goods were returned within 15 days. Of course the credit bill arrived some six weeks afterwards - too late for us to do anything about it. Credit card company cannot recover the monies! What is the best way to deal with this?

over charge on credit card
i ordered a free supply of tablets only had to pay for post and package which was 3.95 then a month later get credit card bill in post for 118.63 dollars which in euros was 85.52 i never gave permission for this to be taken out of my account i have been in touch with my credit card company they said to contact the company if no reply or if they get nasty they will intervene i want my money back how there you take it

slimming scam
I sent for a free sample of Acia berry & colon cleanse didnt receive the products for which i paid the postage then happened to check my bank statement & found that £75.75 had been deducted without my permission. On looking for a website to maek a complaint found that i was routed to another small family business who deny all knoweldge & all these similar complaints. Yet there is still a banner appearing on webpages as an advertsiement. How come this sadvert hasnt been banned & removed yet.

Online free trail offer Natureberry
I signed for a free trial - in August there has been two charges of $118.63 plus exchange taken from my Credit Card and I have not authorized this. I found their number for others in the same situation but at the moment they are saying their systems are down and cannot help me. 1-416-900-1137. My credit card company states they cannot help.

Unauthorised deduction of funds
I ordered a free sample of Acacia Berry and paid £0.87 for postage. An unauthorised deduction of £74.10 has now been deducted from my debit card with out my permission or any notification from this Company. This is disreputable, shoddy practice which should not be allowed under any circumstances. How can they get away from this? Order anything fromt his Company at your peril. They also appear to be trading under various names including Acia and Natureberry.

money taken out of credit card with out authority
I asked for a trial of tablets and had to pay for the freight so I had to give my credit number and received the trial pack but I did not ask for any other tablets so I was very suprised when 2 weeks later money started coming out of my acount $146.00 twice and then 2 weeks later another 2 payments came out of $146.00.
I have no address to complain I tried to phone the number that was on my email that came from the first order and there is no such number I tried to email a return on the email they sent me but it returned. So I don't know wath to do to stop them from Lyn
