I accepted an offer of a free trial at a cost of $3.95 (S&H) and did not receive it. Subsequently I discovered credit card debits of $6.97 and $131.99 in spite of not receiving any free product or any product of any kind.
My email to viv3Labs (requesting refund and termination of contract since it was breached by them) was answered by an automated answering machine. I was told to phone a local Toronto number which advised on Aug. 18/09 that a reply would be forthcoming within 72 hours. I will follow up on Aug. 21.
