This is a scam, they have no way for you to notify them to stop the payments from coming out of your checking account. They continue to charge you 89.51 a month and they send you no product for the charge. I had to close my account and start over due to charges being made againist my account and no product was even being sent. This is the worst decision I ever made! BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THE PRODUCT THEY SELL!

I purchased an FREE TRIAL bottle of Natures Acai berry as advertised. I received my pills and they charged me $ 1.99 for shipping charges. 2-3 weeks later, my credit card was hit with charges in the amounts of $ 29.95, $79.96, $ 85.77 and $2.95 over a 2 week period of time. I called their customer service number and the rep explained when i ordered the pills that "fine print" states that i enrolled myself in memberships programs and that is what the UNAUTHORIZED charges were for. I am very angry especially when NBC and Oprah endorsed the product. I had to wait an hour to speak to a supervisor when i called to complain and then he aruged with me about refunding the $ but stated that he cancelled my memberships THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE OR ENROLL MYSELF IN. I had to cancel my credit card and have my credit card company dispute the charges. This is just like stealing someone's credit card out of their wallet and using it unauthorized!!! I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NATURES ACAI BERRY. !!! They are scam artists!

Recently while reviewing the Biggest Looser website, I checked out one of the advertisements for the Natures Acai Berry supplement. Oprah, Dr. Oz, and Rachel Ray all raved about the product. I decided to try it since they were offering a "free trial" just pay the shipping offer. Along with this product Life Fit Labs offered a Probiotics product that they touted as working well together. Both of these were offered as "Free Samples" just pay the shipping. What they did not tell you in the bold print and sales pitch of the product but instead slipped it into the small print that no one reads was that by signing up for the "Free Sample" you were actually signing up for a monthly membership and would continue to receive products and charges would continue to be applied to your credit card. I also had a charge for a Fit Factory somehow connected to the Natures Acai Berry offer and was charged a month later a fee of $29.95. I use a special account for on-line purchases and transfer money into it as I make purchases. The additional charges other then the shipping charges I believed I was agreeing to were made to my account and consequently the account was then overdrawn. Three charges and now three NSF fees at $34 a piece. After very heated conversations with the two companies, they both agreed to refund the charges, all but the NSF fees. Those they said they wouldn't refund because whether I liked it or not, they did disclose the program and it is my responsibility to read all the information. My bank will go after them but only if I have the bank go after them for the initial charges as well. I had already gotten them to agree to the refund and now it appears as though I'm stuck with the NSF fees totaling $102 dollars! This is one of those learning moments to say the least...READ THE FINE PRINT.

You have a "FREE 14 day RISK free trial" that actually begins when you order, not when you get the sample product, which is (of course) a month later. To make it even better, in the fine, fine print at the bottom of the page when you order is a statement that says that you agree to some other subscriptions for Fit Factory and Cost Smashers. Who knows what they are, but none the less, if you don't call and cancel them, they start billing you too.

Being Charged $79.96 on my credit card-did not receive trail offer that was supposed to be $4.95 for shipping. Now being told it is to late to get refund back on $79.96 charge
