I did not receive my product in a timely manner and then I was charged 79.96 for "Trial Period" the product did not arrive with any time to "TRY" during the allotted trial period. The product arrived on the 4th of March and my account was charged on the 6th of March. I WANT MY ACCOUNT REVERSED THE AMOUNT THAT WAS CHARGED!!!

I apparently, along with hundreds of other trusting folks, ordered this product hoping for a quick start to a weight loss of ten-twenty pounds. What I got instead was SCREWED in the amount of 79.96. Adding insult to injury, I then received another charge for 76.50 for the trial of Bromalite that I ordered, again being an idiot, thinking there are still reputable businessees in America. I feel stupid, cheated, and pissed! I will be making the daily phone call to each of these companies, waiting for someone to pick up. I will be requesting a return authorization, as I do not wish to pay for these products. I am instantly dissapointed in the results. There must be someone willing to start a class-action suit against these criminals. Please, any lawyers out there, bored, possibly out of work? I'm on board! Anyone else?

I had a similar thing happen. I saw the ad and was signing up for the free trial and after it took my cc info for shipping it froze my computer. I cancelled the order and turned off my pc. Two weeks later I received a chg for 4.99 after I had cancelled the free offer. Two weeks after that I received a chg for 79.96. I immediately cancelled my card and I was advised to make a police report against this company. I will be doing exactly that. I encourge anyone else that gets scammed to file a fraudulent chg against this company.

"FREE BOTTLE OF NATURES ACAI BERRY SUPPLEMENT JUST PAY 4.95 SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE" This is what the add says then 14 days later you get billed the full price of the product $79.96. Does this sound free? This is the biggest Scam on the internet. not only are they deceptive about their billing practices but also about how amazing their crappy product is. I called up my credit card company who before i could finish saying the name NATURES ACAI BERRY they had already known who i was talking about. they were very helpful about removing the fraudulant charges from my account. BEWARE!!! IF THEY ARE ASKING FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR SOMETHING THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY FREE THEN PROBABLY YOU WILL GET BURNED JUST LIKE THE REST OF US.

After paying $4.99 for shipping a FREE bottle of acai berry, my account was charged $79.96 then $29.95! The latest charge was for a "lifestyle coach", free access! I called both companies as their 800 numbers were listed on my bank statement. I was very pleasant to both companies, however, the natures.acai.com wasn't going to refund the $79.96. I told them I would file a complaint to their Attorney General. I was then put on hold & the rep. came back to say that they were refunding the $79.96 charge & gave me a confirmation number. I'll be watching for my refund!
