I also ordered the natures acai berry for a free 4.99 trial. I just want you all to know that if you would have just read the entire page you would have seen the trial period for this very easily. I called and canceled mine in time and have gone back for more. I am just so surprised at the amount of people who see something on the Internet that say FREE, enter in their card number and don't even bother to make sure they read the page they are doing it on! Didn't your mom ever teach you nothing in life is free!
Use this advise; next time when ordering something online that says FREE, make sure you read everything. Don't be stupid
You will thank me later.

I too ordered the "trial" of the Acai Berry Supplement. I called the company to cancel the order since we were only given 14 days. I was on the phone, on hold, for over an hour waiting for Customer Service. With no satisfaction to my request for a refund of 79.96. I ask to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to a Mr. Britton after holding another 45 min. He said there was nothing he could do. People like me should read the fine print. I told him either he refunds the money or I would file fraud charges against him and the company and report this to the BBB and the State atty gen. and contact an atty to call the 100+ other people that have filed complaints and have a class action lawsuit filed... He said he would refund the money and on behalf of the company he apologized for the inconvience this had caused me. No we will seee if my card gets credited.

This company advertised on its web site a free sample of the supplement Acai Berry for paying just the shipping. It does not state that you will be signing up for additional services at additional charges. However, within 15 days additional charges are posted against your credit card.
DO NOT BUY PRODUCT!!!

unauthorized Charge
I never received the product and 14 days later I have been charged $89.95 from my checking account. I called to questions the charge and was told the next 30 days has been sent out and the only thing that could be done was to cancel my future orders. I asked if I could return the items for a refund and was told sorry, but the charge is non refundable. What happens if I do not get the order and was told to call back if that happens. Unfair and I have lost $89.00 that could have been used to pay a bill. What options do I have?

Scam
I ordered Nature's Acai Berry on 2/13/09. I received it at my home on 2/26/09. I called to cancel my account on 2/27, but could not get through on their phone lines. I tried again on 2/28 and still could not get through (after being on hold for 35 minutes!). I finally got on operator on 3/3 and she didn't let me talk. She said they were busy and someone would call me back in 24-48 hours. Nobody called me so I called again on 3/5 and cancelled the account. I got my credit care bill today and GUESS WHAT??? They charged me $79.96 because I didn't call them in time to cancel my account!!! I just got off the phone with Nancy Martinez, a "customer service supervisor" who told me there was nothing she could do for me. I AM FURIOUS!!! Besides the fact that the acai berry did absolutely NOTHING for me except give me a headache! If you are considering ordering this product, DON'T! It is nothing but a SCAM!

What a Scam! I ordered the product for a free trial, never knowing that I would be sent additional bottles and billed?
I have been on the phone to try to cancel for over 15 minutes on hold. Next step BBB, my bank to cancel my cc and ?
I trusted Opray Winrey name and Rachael Ray, or they scamming them?

unauthorized charge to credit card
Same as the rest of you folks, . Got a sample for just shipping and handling for $4.99---RIGHT. Now I have a charge of $85.91 on my credit card bill.
Going to put the word out not to purchase anything from these people.

SCAMING AND UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
The ads offered a free Trial period for acai berry. I was charged a $4.99 shipping/handling. On March 2, 2009 i was Charged a fee of $ 85.91.I called bank of america and talked to a lady who was very nice and helped me out a lot. she stopped www.natures-acai.com from being able to charge anything else from my card. Well today i looked at my pending transactions and i am being charged another $29.95 for www.LIFSTYLEFIT.com. This is so annoying because all i wanted to do was try the acai berry :(

unauthorized Charges
ordered the free sample on line and paid the shipping and handling fee. A week later, there is a pending charge on my account for $79.96. Customer Service told me that after a 15 day trial, you are charged the full amount of the product because they send a full month supply instead of a 15 day supply. Did not want to refund my money until I called several times complaining and screaming at them. The did say they would refund my money and that it should be in my account in 10 days. We will see. I called my bank to stop the charges as well. They can't do anything until the charge actually goes through.
Will never order online again, because of companies like this. They do whatever they can to scam people!!!
