un-authorized charge
Ordered free trial for $4.99 shipping. When I entered my credit card number I received a message that my card could not be verified. I believed it did not go through until I saw the charge of the$4.99 and a charge $79.96 to my account. I received the product shortly around the same time. I called and was told that I did not call in the 15 day period. I would have to pay the cost.
Now, my statement has appeared with yet more chrges to another company DJM Lifstylefit.com and DJM Costinsave.com, more unauthorized charges.

unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account
I signed up for a free trial and used my debit card to pay the 4.99 Shipping and Handling. Since then my account has been debited twice. Once for 79.96 and again 2 weeks later for 82.91 without my authorization. I spoke to the company last night on the phone after receiving my bank statement and they agreed to cancel my subscription but not to refund my money telling me I should have read the fine print when I signed up. As a precaution, I will be contacting my bank this morning to block them from going into my account again

Was charged to my credit card without my knowledge
Order a free sample and my Doctor advised me to not take it. Since then I received a second bottle and then I received my credit card statement and they have charged me $79.96 & $85.91.
In addition they have charged me $29.95 for something called WWWSELFHELPFFCOO.

Unauthorized Chrges
My checking account was charged twice and no products received, one charge dated 2-12-09 in the amount of $79.96 and another charge dated 2-27-09 in the amount of $85.91. If anyone has figured out what to do please let me know.

unauthorized charges
i agree with all the complains about this company. i only authorized the shipping and handling and they charged 79.96, 29.95 for selfhelp, 2.95 for mycostsmash. this is pure scam. they did not state beforehand the real cost of the pills. they took a long time to send the pills and they charge you as soon as they send out the pills even if you call them within 14 days of receiving the product. i called my credit card company to dispute it. we should all contact the business bureau of nevada since according to my credit card company they are receiving a lot of complaints about this guys. if anyone needs diet pills. it's best to go a real store. so...anyone please do not do business with this guys.

Charges to my account I did not authorize
I ordered a free sample of these diet pills and paid $4.99 for shipping and they have charged my checking account with my debit card number twice in the amount of $85.91 total charges of $171.82 wtihout my permission.
I want this stopped and credited back to my account. How can I do this, I can not locate a phone number to reach them.

Fraudulent charges/NO products
Account was canceled via phone - NO products EVER received as NONE ordered as we live overseas near Russia. However continue to be charge for Natures-Acai Product - which we don't have any idea what it is - latest charge was March 9, 2009 for $85.91. Additionally Natures-Acai acting through WWWSELFHELPFFCOM fraudulently charged our account $29.95 with a purchase on February 26, 2009. NO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RECEIVED This too is UNAUTHORIZED Charge!!!
Our bank has been notified with each charge we see and states it cannot refuse payment to entity because even though credit was issued through our bank, VISA, manages it and at this time we cannot get the information we need to prevent further fraudulent action.
Surely there is an organization is the good US Government System that can put a STOP to fraudulent charges or at the least give direction on what legal recourse is available to protect hard earned money by TAX PAYING Citizens!

I subscribed to a trial of acai berry and was told I would only pay $4.99 for shipping and handling. They billed my credit card for $79.95.

I had ordered the free trial size of this product and found that they have put on my credit card a charge of $79.96 and another for $85.91. I heard this morning March 23, on Good Morning America this was a scam. I never received anything but the free trial. I will never advise anybody to order anything from this company as it is a ripoff.

overcharge on my credit card
Overcharged my credit card for product ofered at trial, $4.95 I was charged 79.96, again I was charged $69.95 for a trial sample of an acompanying product.
