natures acai charged me a fee for 1.99 for trail and then charged my credit card 79.96, and i never got the product, but since they sent it out and i didn't get it, i had 15days to call them they said, so i still gets the fee's and i didnt get the product, you days start as of the day you order it and it is charge to account and will not give me a credit...i told her to check with the postal office and see where it went, because i never got it. they will not give me credit.

I recently ordered a FREE sample of acai-berry in hopes of losing a little weight. As to no surprise if your reading this that I never recieved the free sample of acai-berry. As if that wasn't bad enough an unauthorized charge showed up on my bank statement for $79.96. Now that may not be much to some folks but I am a single parent who struggles daily. I think it absolutely sucks that we the consumers cannot trust what appears to be a trust worthy website. I am not one to order off the internet however this product and website was recommended per Oprah Winfrey and we all know that anything recommended by Oprah Winfrey must be good, or is it?

I ordered the free trial on 2/2/09 and as of 2/21/09 have not received the trial product. They charged my bank card the $4.99 for shipping and handling. On 2/19/2009 they put on the $79.96 on my bank card. How can a person say or not say if they want to continue to order a product, if they do not have an opportunity to try it?
