This company is the worst. I think the customer service department works in dirt garages and stink rooms. They can't even hang up the phone until you hang up. I recommend you placing your phone in a corner somewhere with ear piecering music and just let it go. Every complaint I've read is exactly what happens with no exaggeration. One customer service lady hag actually hung up on us. I already sent my complaints to the BBB and attorney general on this company. They said we would receive full refund and it could take up to 30 days. I notified my bank and would recommend you do the same. When they don't have an answer for you don't be surprised if their phone starts cutting out. These people probably only get paid 2.75 an hour and are using backwoods phones. Could you imagine working for a company as horrible as this one. This is their day: pull up to office located in stink land, realize they are punching in for 2.75/hour, feel miserable, pick up stink phone which was used by other miserable worker, feel no guilt for ripping people off, punch out for break, eat chicken bones, clock back in, more stink phone, then go home and try to face honest people making an honest living...sounds great. Do not trust this company!!

I followed procedure to stop product. I returned product and called to stop shipments. I still receive acai berry and get
charged $85.91 on my credit card a month. I cannot get the company to cancel and quite sending and charging my
c redit card. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. This is fraud.

cannot not get company to give me credit for rturned products. Called the company and was told that I had to pay this amount because I did not cancel within the trial period. Was unaware that there was a trial period.

I responded to an add on the internet to try a sample of the Acai product for weight loss at a cost of $4.99. My credit card was charged on 2/4 for the $4.99. On 2/19 my credit card was again charged for $79.96. I did not authorize this charge and would like to have my credit card credited immediately...

Got duped in a free Acai Berry Sample. I only have to pay shipping and handling for $4.95, so I ordered it in online last February 26, 2009. My bank statement now showed $85.91 charged from Natures-Acai.com.

I have not taken any of that acai, but don't know where to return it. I want my money back.
