Unauthorized withdraw
I had signed up for a 30 day free trial through Nature's Acai. I had to pay a small shipping and handling fee with this purchase. And then 15 days later I went to the grocery store and was declined! Knowing this couldn't be true I checked my bank account and I find out they take an additional 79.99 out of my account!! Furious I called their "customer service" and they told me there wasn't anything Ithey could do for me it was my fault because I didn't read the "fine print." As I was not satisfied by this I demanded to speak with someone of importance there to see what I could do. A supervisor then told me the same thing. After about an hour of arguing with these people they finally agreed to refund me the full amount and they removed me from the list. I called yesterday and I still have yet to see my refund. I called them again and they say it went through. I don't know. It was a long process but it was worth it. People need to be aware that nothing is ever free!!! Don't be fooled like I did. I was one of the lucky ones to get a refund, most others do not. Truthfully, the pills are not worth all of this aggrevation. Better Business Bureou needs to look into this.

unauthorized debit
I found an unauthorized charge on my bank statementand am not happy. I found out that i would be charged this amount if mImdid not cancel after 15 days. Well I did not get the product for 20 days, What can be done about this?

cancellation of order
Placed an initial order for the product. After I received it, & read thru materials, I saw much info not included when I placed my initial order. Meant to call & cancel, but forgot until I was charged just over $79 the next month. Now I can't find a number for the company so I can call & cancel. I did find the name/number of the website owner, & have called & left messages 2x but with no answer as of yet.

Unauthorized charge
I have been the latest victim on this scam. On February 23, I had thought I was taking advantage of a good deal on trying this new product since Oprah swears by it for just $4.99, have NOT recieved the product and as of today I checked my account and noticed that they charged me $79.96. I quickly contacted my bank and requested the charge be reversed. I have tried contacting the company and sat on hold for 20 minutes and still no customer service. I am usually pretty conscious on who I allow to charge on my account, however, this is a lesson learn and if I really want the product I will just go to a local store and purchase it there. To anyone else who is thinking about ordering this product, please read ALL statements online and be careful.

NO CONTACT INFO
Submitted a compaint regarding numerous charges and impossible contact info. I do not want the Natures Acai and cannot get a hold of anyone. I have already been billed three times but have only recieved the trial offer. A response was posted to my original complaint but again no viable means of contact were provided. Please credit back my card and do not send more! You promised a 30 day money back guarantee and I want my money back!

the money was returned immediately
just wanted to let all of you know my money was returned to my account by this morning that was 2 business days obviously saying what i did made a difference telling them my bank was on to them and would retrieve my money for me they informed me to let bank know they needed to do nothing they would get my money back to me i didnt know how due to i cancelled my card when this happened he assured me the money would go into my account with out new card and this morning all was posted to my account so they did as they said they would i was very fortunante and happy so the rest of you do what i did say your bank is involved which mine was and they dont like that and respond so good luck and if you need any help just let me know i will give you all info i have to get your money back

NUMEROUS CREDIT CARD CHARGES
BILLED TWICE AND ADDITIONAL UNKNOWN CHARGES SHOWED UP. WHEN YOU CALL YOU WAIT 45 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THE PHILLIPINES AND THEY SAY THE CAN'T HEAR YOU. SO YOU CALL BACK, AGAIN YOU WAIT 45 MINUTES AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS! THE WEBSITE CAN'T BE FOUND.
