On March 11, 2009 I applied for a FREE Sample of this product Acai Berry Detox for shipping cost of only $3.99 in which this I authorized. Much to my surprise on March 30, 2009 FWM Laboratories charged my account $87.83 which definetly was not authorized by me, and caused a major bill (mortgage payment) to be returned for insuffient funds. I called the 1-866-955-4108 number to demand the funds be reimburst back to my account, and was told it was nothing they can do, because the 15 day trial period had expired.

Now this was not visible on the web site, and to make matters worst, I've never received the product. Needless to say, I'm very furious about this, and there is no one else to speak with concerning this matter. They did not give me an address, nor a city in Florida to write too or call. I asked for a name of the CEO, and was told they have a privacy law, and can not disclose that information.

Of course the Customer Service representatives gave false names, we all know they are answering from India and the Phillipines. Buyer beware of this online Scam and fraudulent advertising. This is totally unacceptable and there has got to be something we as the consumer can do to rectify this matter. I'm currently awaiting a response from my attorney as to handling this situation.
