well i also fell for this scam but when didnt receive the product as promised i immediately started researching and seen all the complaints/ my bank phoned they said they are very aware of this company and it is a scam and they had tried to contact me at my husbands work last week when they seen i had a charge for the trial period and they said they have had several complaints and that they are recouping the monies that people are losing /so they are concerned about the banks when i called customer service they responded immediately when i told my bank was fully aware of them and what they are doing and they would recoup my money he gave me a refund immediately said it should only take 3-5 days and let my bank know that i had spoken to them and they didnt need to do anything /so obviously use your bank and they will back down and be more then happy to refund you completely i know my bank is actually doing this as we speak and i hope more are so for your defense tell them the bank is going to retrieve your money and they are very happy to take care of your situation now will it actually happen we shall see but at the same time i am letting my bank handle it also /the other 2 companies that they sign you up with as he explained to me on the phone is factory fit and cost masters 1800-983-7968 and i got right through to customer service no hold time nothing so good luck to all the others that are in the same situation as i am and immediately cancel your card i will let you know if the refund is put back in and how long it takes
