Undisclosed Charges after Cancelations
STAY AWAY.
PLEASE KNOW the free trial offer requires SEVERAL "stages" of cancelation that are not disclosed to you when you call and cancel the product. I always request a confirmation of my cancellation, and had one for my initial trial. The customer service people are trained well to avoid disclosure any of the addt'l and future charges that supposedly were part of the initial trial request. BEWARE. When you sign up for a "free trail" even if you cancel the product, you have only cancelled part of your trial. You have to ALSO cancel the Membership to the website, (29, 95 per month after trail offer ends). AND if you are not specific in asking if there are ANY other undisclosed charges that the customer service people should disclose as future charges, you will be charged 8.95 per month for access to a useless service called FIT FACTORY. This company is obvously TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CONSUMERS, relying on getting away with just enough charges on a bank statement; if they have manage to sneak in 2 or 3 payments before you cancel, the money is pouring in for them. To sum up. when cancelling ALWAYS ASK to have ALL memberships, website access, and anything else disclosed to you immediately by the customer service rep, and then cancel all of them with separate confirmation numbers and emails. This company is savvy enough to have cloaked all these "services" under different names so that its extra confusing, and to continue to perpetuating a smoke an mirrors game to consumers. THEY ARE PREDATORS OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, . DO NOT LET NATURE'S ACAI BERRY PRODUCT (and its undisclosed subcompanies) COSTSMASHERS AND FITFACTORY have access to your hard earned money.

Multiple Unauthorized CHARGES!
I saw this website advertising that OPRAH magazine highly recommended their product and like most of the people complainig here I ordered the "Free Trail Offer" which is advertised for the Shiping and Handling price of about 5 dlls. Of course, right away I recived another shipment which cost about $$80!!! OK... although I didn't appreciate the underhandedness of the transaction I actually did not mind having another bottle so I sucked it up... low and behold though, I got another charge shortly from some self help site out of Las Vegas for 30$ and another for 5 dlls a few days later! After reading all these reviews I will be cancelling my AMEX today before this gets more out of control!!

Fraudulent Charges
On February 2, 09 I ordered what I thought was a free sample. I received the product three weeks later. I noticed that there was an unplained charge on my statement and when I questioned the bank they gave me the number to whom the money was paid. I called and found that I was automatically enrolled in a bogus website that I knew nothing about. I told the operator to cancel everything. That I wouldn't be a part of their scam. I believed that to be the end of it. However, it wasn't and isn't. I received another bottle of pills in the mail on Friday, April 17th, 09. I called the 800 number AGAIN to find out why I was sent the bottle of pills. It was then that I found out that this company has stolen over $250.00 out of my account. The explaination was that I cancelled some other program and not that one. I don't know if they misunderstood or have a comprohension problem. But when I said cancel EVERYTHING, I think that's what should have been done.
I am thoroughly dissapointed and will be contacting the Attorney General in Arizona as well as filling a complaint with the FBI and everyone else I can file with. I will also be contacting the local media as well as my attorney.
Please take it from be and don't be scammed by this company. I'm a single mother with a limited income who thought I was getting a sample product to cleanse my colon, instead it was my bank account that got cleansed.

fradulent charges
I orderd a free sample for 4.99 shipping. 15 days later they charged my account 79.96 . I had to get to my bank and stop this charge as well as cancel my card and order a new one to prevent further charges from this company. They are selling a caffeine pill with very little acai berry in it. It made me so nervous and jittery that I only used one of them. The company I beleive has changed their name and price within a few cents to make us think these are different companies. I think they are tied together. Should you try to contact them GOOD LUCK. Don't they have an obligation to disclose future charges? I am not the kind that goes for a subscription to any monthly fee or service charges against any of my accounts. I have spent to much time trying to get this charge reversed. I HAVE BEEN HAD AND DON'T LIKE IT!!!

unauthorized charges
The "sample" sent for @$4.95 for P&H required a credit card, although the
"product" was a free trail. That was a ruse to get a hold of your credit card
and continue to send the "unholy" product. Two Dr's have advised me NOT
to take product, it is another form of "speed" advertised as good for you!
This is a major scam. No phone # included to ask questions or voice concerns
or heaven forbid attempt to return product. RETURN address means little--
A.S.N. LLC 20100 Vermant Ave. Torrence, CA 90502. I have sent numerous
requests by mail (no response) to stop using an anauthorized credit card, to no
avail-no response. Sending notices to Atty Gen. of Ohio, have notified TV
stations in NE Ohio to alert viewers. They hope to be on the air with this in
several weeks after their so far futile attempts to reach them.3

Charges On My Credit Card
I ordered my pills on 2/14/2009 and my credit card was charged the 4.99 shipping fee. I was unable to go to their website to check on my order or get a phone number due to my computer security program whch stated that this site has a problem with their security certificate. I did order my products from another computer and was permitted to go to the site on that computer. Anyway, I figured I got scammed for 4.99. no big deal, right...WRONG. I noticed a chaarge for 29.95 to my credit card, I called my bank and they gave me the phone number and when I called I did get to speak with someone who did have a heavy accent (i had to have her repeat alot of the information so I could write it down). I was told that I was "cancelled from the Lifestyle program and my money was refunded. That did happen so far. I went back on my account because my account wasnt balancing out and I noticed a charge for 79.96. I knew that I had not knowly authorized this money to be taken out of my account. So, again, I called the bank and they gave me the contact information and I called the company. Once again I spoke with someone who had a heavy accent. She informed me that I did agree to the charge and that it was in the terms of agreement. She also gave me 4 ( I believe it was 4 could have been 3 though) different websites to try and my computer would NOT let me go to the site. She told me that she would cancel my "account" but that even if I returned the product unopened I would NOT receive a refund of my money because it was past my "14 day" waiting period. According to the records on her end my 14 day waiting period was up on March 2, 2009. While I wont dispute that, what I will dispute is the fact that the product was shipped on Maarch 2, 2009 per their shipping statement that I was holding onto. I hung up very pissed off after telling them that I felt this was a scam and that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau as well as letting Facebook (who I had gotten the website from) know the type of companies that they are dealing with. Later I was able to go to the website on a different computer and when I went to the website () I found the terms of agreement on the bottom of the page. it stted in their terms of agreement that the 14 day waiting period was to begin on the day the product was shipped. Well simple math will tell you that since my product was shipped on March 2, 2009 (per their shipping insert) that 14 days from that would be March 16, 2009. I called them on 1-800-983-7968 on March 12, 2009 at 849pm EST. that is well within my 14 days time frame. But still I was told that it was past my 14 days and nothing could be done. I have printed out the terms of agreement and I am forwarding to my lawyer as well as the Better Business Bureau and possibly my local police. This is a ridiculous misuse of the product as well as misuse of my credit card. I have made everyone that I know aware of the SCAM that this company is doing.
Thanks for allowing me to voice this. I will keep this site updated.

unauthorized charges
I received a notification on-line while searching the internet regarding a free trial. The disclaimer language below the section you fill out your personal information on - stated that it was a 14-day trial. Any additional bottle after the 14-days would be $79. What it did not say was - Hey, you need to go to the bottom of the website page - and click on terms of offer to see that by trying this free trial - you are also signing up for 2 other things - which you never even receive information on.
Also - there are many things being discussed on the website -so terms and conditions to me - means information about the company - not information about the order I was placing that had a paragraph tha explained the charges. If there were not trying to hide it, why not put it where the other explanation of charges out in the open. OR - tell you to go and look in the Terms of Offer.

Unauthorized charges
I had a severe allergic reaction to the stuff and sent it back before the "trial period" was over and today I got another bottle and they charged my CC. How the hell do I stop these people. I have been on hold with the 800# for 56 minutes.

unauthorized charges on debit card
You agree to a free trial and they start billing your card even though you try and call
to tell them you do not want their product.
You have to go to your bank and file a complaint in order to get you money back.
That seems to be the price you have to pay for dealing with this bogas company.

charges with no product
I purchased the trial of Natures Best Acai Berry. It took 12 days of the 14 day trial to arrive. I had no time to actually try the product properly but gave it the benefit of the doubt and decided to accept the 1st charge of $79.99 for a 1 month supply, that was on 2/23/09. I have never received any more product. I can't find a phone number or e-mail to contact them. Less than 3 weeks later I received another charge of $84.95 but the name on the charge is slightly different. I have no idea what that is for and can't get in touch with anyone to find out what is going on. They do not supply a phone number or legitimate web address on their charges which I thought was a law. I will now have to dispute my charges and probably change my debit card number to prevent any other charges. I am also writing Opra to let her know that they use her name for endorsement and this is what happens.
