not able to contact company
Received sample but when I tried to contact the company to cancel my account the phone number listed dumps me into perpetual music, no message, person just music.
I tried to find an email address for the company but there is nothing in the paperwork sent with the product or on the product container that provided a viable email address.
Am I supposted to write to them via snail mail to cancel my account? Should I send it register and certified to avoid being billed for a refill?
Please help as I am having problems being reimbursed for returned products with another fine California company.
What should I do? How should I proceed to get my account closed?

Acai Berry Ripoff
They have a 15 day period where you pay $4.95 to try it. If you don't call and cancel within 15 days they charge your credit card and additional $79.98. What they don't tell you is you get charged an additional $29.95 per month + $2.95 per month for some membership to their health club. This wasn't part of the deal that I read when I joined. They are hard to get a hold of. They changed their number. The only reason I found them is I was reading other complaints about their products and the way they do business.
Stay away from them!! They are crooks. There are other Acai Berry Products offered by good companies.

DOES NOT WORK
I HAVE TRYED THIS PRODUCT FOR 2 WQEEKS WITH NOT RESULTS
I AM TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO SEND BACK REMAILDER OF PRODUCT AND RECEIVE REFUND AND REQUEST THAT NO MORE SHIPMENTS OF THIS BE MADE.
I CAN NOT FIND A E AMIL ADDRESSTO COMTACT THE ONE I HAVE GIVEN WILL NOT WORK. AND THERE IS NOT 1.800 NUMBER.

Charges, unautorized.
As per someone else complained... Unauthorized Charges regarding this company. They do not post additional charges in plain view of persons ordering their product. You fill out the form for your free trial, and submit it, but... what no ones see's is: in the middle of the page farther down... it says it will charge $85.91 to your credit card sometime after your 14 day trial period with the Acai Berry expires, within 15 days they will charge you the $85.91.. it does advise one to call before the 14 day period is up... but also, all of this is way down the page from where you order, what you believe and in good faith order a FREE trial bottle of the Acai Berry from Nature's Best. They need to honor what they say / but also, they need to put all this information where everyone can see it prior to ordering the free trial from them. This is how they scam you and charge you additional charges... NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE AT ALL. I will never order again from this company online.

unauthorized charges
i ordered a 14 day free trail of the acai berry and it didnt say anything about a membership on the website so i didn't even know i was supposed to cancel anything and then when my product came about 10 days after i ordered it it had nothing with it that told this all it had was a name and address didn't even have a phone number which i thought was strange because i was thinking if i liked it i would'nt even be able to order anymore now i know that was not going to be a problem because they just send it to you anyway so they dont provide a phone number because they don't want you to be able to cancel!! So anyway i checked with my bank today and they have already charged my account $79 and it only been 12 days since i ordered the free trail. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!!

SCAM, UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I ORDERED ONLY THE FREE SAMPLE FOR 4.99 SHIPPING. I EMAILED THEM STATING I DID NOT WANT ANY FUTURE SHIPMENTS OR CHARGES MADE TO MY CARD. AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT THEY CHARGED MY CARD 85.91. I CALLED AND TRIED TO GET A CREDIT. SHE DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL SO IT WAS HARD TO COMMUNICATE. I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING IT WAS CANCELLED AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE CREDIT. IN THE EMAIL AT THE BOTTOM IT SAYS IT MAY TAKE 4-6 WEEKS FOR CREDIT. I'M AFRAID I'LL NEVER GET IT.
