Ordered 30 day Trial and paid only shipping. Approx. 15 days later received product. Only a few days later received another shipment of product. These people then charge your credit card about $80.00 before you've had chance to try the product. They don't provide a telephone number or email address so that you can contact them to find out how to return product and cancel orders. This company used to be in Torrence California. It's a shady outfit that uses unethical business practices. I strongly recommend that you find out about the product and company BEFORE you fall prey to their smooth advertising.

I ordered the supposedly FREE sample of Natures Best Acai Berry Supplement on 2/4/09 from www.natures-acai.com. The $4.99 shipping charge, posted 2/7/09, was expected. What was not expected was another $79.96 posted 2/21/09 from www.natures-acai.com. and $29.95 for something called fit factory (www.selfhelpff.com) posted 2/28/09. When I called to cancel I was informed that I had also signed up for something called Cost Smashers and that the first bottle of Acia Berry was NOT ACTUALLY FREE. Gee, that was not what it said in their advertisement! In addition that first bottle of Acai Berry did not arrive until early March. By then I had already been charged $85.91 (3/7/09) for another bottle. Bottom line-DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WWW.NATURES-ACAI.COM. THEY ARE A MAJOR RIP OFF.

This company is hard to track down. There are unauthorized charges on my debit card. I ordered my "free trial" and paid $4.95 for SH, received it one week later. Started the supplement for one weekend was charged $85.91. My 14-day trial period wasn't over yet. Then on 2-27-09 I was charged again. I have been trying to get a phone# or website and cancel my membership. On my invoice their is an address of: Amir and Sanchez Neutraceuticals, LLC, 20100 S. Vermont Ave, Torrance, CA 90502. and no phone#. On the bottle of supplement is this address also. I did a "google" search and found a phone# 1-800-983-7968. I called this # and spoke with a cust. serv. rep. I very politely asked for their mailing address. The rep asked me what I needed this for, and I said just because I wanted it. This is her reply: Natures Best, 305 W. Broadway, New York, NY, 10031. (the Torrance, Ca address, I'm assuming, is the pharmaceutical that is producing the product) Then I let her have it! I explained the situation with my free trial, and then the charge on 2-27-09. I told her because of this last charge, my account is overdrawn and I will be charged a fee, and that the money in this account was to be used to buy my medication and I wanted $124.91 transferred back to my account ASAP. She then transferred me to her supervisor. I once again reitirrated everything to the super, she told me that there is a contact # on the website, and that I did not cancel after my "free 14-day trial", and that I received an e-mail with an order confirm # with contact info. I told her she was WRONG! The website that I ordered from did not have any contact info, the only other thing they advertised was this was seen on Oprah, CNN, Fox and so on. I NEVER received ANY e-mails. The only way I knew these charges were being made, was to go online with my bank. I told her I wanted my money back immediately. I also told her that I was contacting the BBB, the Attorney General, and my bank to let them know this operation is a fraud! I also told her that I am contacting my local TV stations Problem Solvers and exposing this. She told me she would be glad to refund $171.82 for the two charges and that it would take 3-5 business days.I want everyone to know about this so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

ordered free trial for $4.79 which was for 30 days and two weeks later was charged $78.96 on my credit card. There is no telephone to file complaint. This is definietely false advertising and a rip off.

I sent information to a completely different company for a free trial offer on a supplement containing ACAI. somehow this company got my information, including my credit card, and was going to charge approx. $80.00 for services I did not even order. when the other website was given the information my credit card billing address was different than my shipping address. By mistake the billing address was never given which should have made it impossible for them to charge my card. The original company did not send me the product or bill my card because of that reason. This company, Natures Best did bill my card and when called was extremely hard to understand, never admitting that they should have not done the billing. By the time it was all over I am in possession of FOUR cancellation numbers for additional product and services and am still being billed $4.95 for shipping of a product I never ordered. I am very disturbed that this company can be so underhanded and continue to do business. Time will tell if I really do not get billed. BEWARE
