I am REALLY Disappointed with this company. I placed an order with this company due to a promotion they ran with Groupon. I have a friend who is pregnant and thought it would be a great Bday gift to get her some fresh organic meats for her 3rd trimester?.

I placed the order over the phone and paid". I was told it 'might take awhile' to ship out;. When I asked what 'a while' meant, they told me 2-3 weeks at least for it to ship out plus a few extra days for delivery transit, . Dhe explained that the Groupon promotion was very successful and has put them behind". I was pretty disappointed but decided to wait it out".

4 WEEK LATER I decide to call since I have received no notifications since I placed the order;. I was told that one of the items in my order is on back order and thus, my full order hasn't been shipped yet. She asked me if I wanted to wait until that item was back in stock (which could take weeks) or if I wanted to substitute it for something else. I chose to sub something else but they still said it would take a little over another week to ship out!!

I politely asked if they could make an exception since they have been holding my order back this entire time and no one has notified me at all. I asked if they could overnight ship it since my order was already 1 month behind due to their lack of efficiency. She put me on hold and checked with her supervisor. When she returned, she told me sorry, her supervisor said NO. I would just have to wait!

The package has still not shipped out. I will NEVER order from this company again and encourage everyone else to do the same.
