I was checkingout their website for a body cream, and as I was closing out, a pop of a live chat offered me reduced shipping of only 2.99. As of today that charge never appeard on my credit card AND I never received an email confirmation of my supposed order, thus I assumed my order hadn't gone thru. 1 week later tha merchandise appears in my mail AND I am charged 49.99. I call to cancel this subscription, but I am told my 2nd sipment of this thing already shipped and I canot refuse it because they don't take back refused shipments? Odd.
So I am offered to be charged only 29.99, as opposed to the 59.95 that's already been charged to my account thus causing an overdraft fee on my account. I am told that 59.95 willbe fully refunded. 1 week later, that refund doesn't show up on my account.
Being in the e-retail business for over 5 years, this is by far the WORST service AND product ever!!! The BBB will DEFITINITELY hear about this hoax of a company
