I was continously praised for my great operations until the president of the company found out I was having a civil union with a member of the same sex. From the time I returned until present he has non stop told me how horrible my operations where, how the buyer was doing a horrible job and our cost on fixing cars was through the roof. I provided proof through our pc operating system that he was wrong and he instructed me that I was clueless and did not know how to do my job. I showed him mulitple times how the operations had improved with proof via multiple reports and he stated that was wrong. I informed him we were not following GA Law of transferring titles within 30 days and he told me it was not a big deal. Our collection manager has hired a team of unexperienced collectors that consistently tell customers they are horrible and the reason a company can not stay open and they will be repoed. Whether a day late or 60 days the treatment is the same. When I tried to get this activity to stop I was reprimanded for having a bad attitude. When we lowered the average purchase price of vehicles and recon to that lower than our other store in Indiana I was demoted and told my operation where not good enough. I was told I was not that important of a person and again printed proof showing we have outsold all other stores, higher profit I was told I was argumentative. This company is full of crooks. When collectors complained to me about sexual harrassment and nude pictures on the Collection Managers computer I tried to help them and file a report and was told oh well. The president of the company sat in my office with his friend the collection manager, he told me I was stupid and clueless and didn't know what I was doing, he went to my employees and told them the same thing. I was demoted with no good reason. The president has caused the company to be sued by former employees for sexual harrasment, racial profiling and discrimnation to previous collection managers. I have had to have dinner with him where he rudly hit on the server and talked in extreme vulgarity about females. When I complain to our HR Director I was told "he treats everybody that way so there is nothing you can do". I have worked very hard for the sake of my employees but have been cussed out, put down and insulted. I have been demoted for no reason when I have proof of how good the operations are. Numbers don't lie but this man argues with the computer. Worse of all, all of the wonderful customers I have tried to help along the way are now in a horrible situation with a company of evil people. I wish I could take back every loan we approved and sold. I am choosing to walk away but everyone needs to know to stay away from this company. They do not care about their employees or their customers. I am living proof along with many many others. I have never been so degraded by anyone in my life. To be called stupid for trying to get a customer a tag or to be called clueless trying to protect a customer from being illegally harrassed is a shame to the car industry. To be singled out and over night go from being the best to the worst simply because of being gay is an outrage!!!... Be very careful with all of your personal information as well as I can prove that one of the main collectors has FORGERY FELONY CHARGES that HR couldn't seem to find on the background yet I found in 5 minutes through public information.
