never received product
I sent a check in the amount of 499.95 July 11, 2009 for Navixar and never received their product. I tried writing to them and couldn't find them online at that time. I first learned about the product from an insert in the newspaper. They show Allen Gregory - Mitchell as chairman of the Board of the company another person they show is Pal J. Mankerson, President. I have all the documentation including a copy of my check and the back also showing they have cashed it.
Is there anyone that can help me?

No Refund
After 2 weeks of taking Navixar I lost nothing and had terrible stomach cramps. I returned the product to both Canada (where the shipment was postmarked) and Florida where the Company Service Dept is located. I have signed Certified receipts that they received the shipment back to them HOWEVER, I have never received a refund. They do not answer the telephone except with a recorded message that says they are sooooo popular their shipments are delayed. I have left several messages but no return calls. This product is definitely a scam and so are the people with the web site.

SCAM
This product does not work in the least!!! It appears to be a SCAM!!!
I have used this product for 11/2 months and have not lost a single pound, I was hoping to lose 20 pounds by spring...it's a joke!!!
Scam artists is against the law..sooo beware!!
And I do expect a complete refund of $69.95 soon

recived no proudct, and can't get money back
Hi all, I have filled out an oreder form sent check...DID NOT ! recive any product..of 9/10/09. So I e-mailed company on 10/6/09..got a replie..said will send money in mail...NOTHING!!! called over 7 times..no answere left message... I can't get anywhere with this Co>>>>I got rippppped of $$$$$109.95 $$$$ I WANT MY MONEY PACK FROM THE COMPANY [NAVIXAR] ALL THEY PROMIS IS TO RIPPPP YOU OFFFFF...

Product not received
I sent for the Navixar pill that helps you loose 15 pounds the first week. Check was mailed on 9/14/09 and was cashed on 09/21/09. As instructed, I wrote check out to N.W.L.S but I have a copy of the front and back of my check showing someone included CBC Direct in the pay to the order of. The check was cashed by CBC Direct and deposited in Montreal Quebec. the check was in the amount of $69.95. Have I been scamed? If so, who can I contact about this?

hasn't worked for me
I have been using the diet pills for two weeks and have no results at all. Not a pound ! It seems that I should have lost something besides my money!
Another scam for overweight people.
The only way to lose is to do 'pushaways' from the table.
We shall see.
