Dear Sir,

I had purchased Wagon-R VXI from Navnit Motors-Thane a year back and it has now 9000 Kms on it.

Right from the day when I took this car from the Godown to my home there have been problems with my car.On the very first day of my purchase there was a problem in the Left Front Side dashboard where a noise was coming from the left side. Despite the Car showroom person Mr Premnath Dalvi knowing this he did not take the car back to the godown and drove it to my home saying the noise is just minor.

I had to eventually fix this during their first free service.

During 2nd free service the Front wheel Axle was broken and was replaced.

After the 3rd free service there is again a noise that comes from somewhere below the car mostly from the Wheels, while going uphill.

The Seat covers that the Accessories department had used are literally tearing off.

One of the Mud Flaps has completely come out and I had to finally take it away.


Sir, I feel I am definitely cheated here with this Wagon-R VXI Car bearing number MH-05 AJ 5119 and I want this to be rectified. Everytime there have been problems with this car right after the day of purchase and after every service. Now the 3 free services are over and there have been problems with this car after every service.

I want to know whom I should be approaching for rectifying this issue.
Mr Swapnil Bhavsar and Mr. Jeevan Ghelot from the Navnit Workshop department are aware of the issues with my car and I request you to please follow up with them and let me know what I should be doing.
