I had financed this vehicle through this dealer with loan from ICICI. I have retired the loan as on date. I have received the transfer papers. However, the second key at the time of purchase was kept by Nawab Motors which has not been returned.

I have asked ICICI, and they say they do not keep the key as a policy. Nawab says it is as per ICICI guidelines!!! Nawab is acting like a big gangster.
