Took the money, but never sent the product!
I ordered the Third Watch DVD Set through Google Web Site from NaxpMedia on 12-05-2007. I paid for shipping to insure that it would arrive for Christmas. They assigned an order no. 2122 and reserved a shipping number through UPS Tracking no.1Z55V9Y70397875946. UPS has not received this for shipment and and I have not been able to contact them either by Email or Telephone. Why does Google list a crooked company such as this. I am out $58. dollars and much agitation. I will also report this to the BBB including a complaint about Google. I fought that I will ever hear or see anything from either company as it is now 2-17-08.

No merchandise received!
I ordered the complete 6 season DVD set of Third Watch from these people on December 5, 2007. They took the money off of my credit card on December 6, 2007. I've been e-mailing repeatedly as I still haven't received my merchandise even though it says it was shipped on my account. I kept getting a notice from them saying they would reply to e-mails within 48 hours. A week later I would be e-mailing again as I hadn't received a reply. I finally told them I wanted my money back. After a couple of weeks I finally got out of them that it would be returned to me by their bank but it would take up to 5 weeks. I told them that I wanted interest added to it since they will have had my money for 15 weeks at that point.
My advise - don't waste your time or your money on this site. I should have known it was too good to be true to get the whole 6 seasons for $50.00.
It's nothing but a scam.

Goods never received!
I've purchase a lot of merchandise off of the internet and have never had a problem until I ordered from Naxpmedia. Once they take your money, you never hear from them again. I've sent repeated e-mails and gotten mostly replies stating that they are busy and will reply within 48 hours - NOT. Any replies I've actually received came from Jennifer Holdings about promises to ship by Monday and I would receive a notice but nothing was ever received. I finally asked for my money back and it took at least 2 weeks of e-mailing before I received a reply that I would get my money back in about 5 weeks... I asked for interest since it will have been 15 weeks since they have had my money. I bet it's pretty safe to say that I'll be damn lucky if I get my money back... let alone any interest.
BUYER BEWARE... NAXPMEDIA IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM.

Bootleg set of DVDs!
The DVDs were received and they look like old VHS tapes that have been reused a thousand times. They are blurry and difficult to see. I am very unsatisfied with this shipment!!!

December order never received!
On December 16th 2007 ordered and paid for complete series of Malcolm in the Middle. Website promised orders made by Dec 17th would arrive in time for Christmas. Here it is Feb 13th 2008 and order has never been sent, although payment was taken from my bank acct on Dec 18th 2007. I have a reputation for being a very patient person, but this company has pushed my patience to its limits. I have just filed a complaint online with Division of Consumer Services in Fla, I am also sending copies of any correspondence to them. BTW, as I am printing off all my proof I find an email that on Dec 24th 2007 they say my UPS info has been upgraded to order shipped... funny, I just look and it says billing info received, which BTW means nothing... if you would like to file a complaint the website address is www.800helpfla.com I will be posting other addresses as I find time... companies should not play with a person who works 3 jobs to maintain her home... every dollar means the world to us, not to mention that I had to run out and find another Christmas present at the last minute!

Never received order!
I ordered a DVD set on 1/6/08. I have e-mailed and also called the company to determined the status of the order. They tell me it has been shipped by UPS and gave me a tracking number. In calling UPS, they have no record of such a tracking number. Still I have no shipment of the DVD!

Never received order!
I ordered 2 DVDs to be used to entertain children who have appointments in our office on January 1, 2008. To date the order has not been received and the UPS tracking says only "billing information received". I did get an e-mail saying the order had been shipped on January 10, however if it had been shipped UPS should have the package and 4 weeks seems too long for delivery. I hope this is a company that is truly overwhelmed by too much business and that they are legitimate. If not, others beware before ordering from this website.

Bad DVD!
I ordered 1-6 season of Third Watch advertised as a collector edition, premium quality and sound. After the first season they are all recorded off A&E station, poor quality and the sound doesn't go with the video. I emailed twice to get them replaced, still no answer!

Didn't get full order!
Yes, I order some Dvd's from NaxpMedia-Third Watch and Coach! I ordered them 11/28/07, I didn't get until 01/14/08 by UPS! Will, I only got half the order! I received Third Watch-but,no Coach! I've been e-mailing since then asking about my Dvd's with no answer!

Didn't receive product ordered & paid for!
I order 3 dvd sets in Jan. order was paid for on 1/22/08. I tried calling the company and reached a recording indicating that I would have to email them so I did so 3 times and received no response. My order is still sitting in pending status so I am unable to find out when or if I will ever get my items.
