	January 15, 2008 Ripped off too I placed an order with Naxpmedia in November of 2007. I tried to contact them on several occasions both by phone, email and fax and I received no answer and/or no response. Finally out of options and with no other recourse open to me I called my credit card company and filed a claim to get my money back. The fact that this website is still open and continuing to steal peoples money is absolutely mind-boggling to me! Why doesn't someone close this site down? Also it states on the site that it is secured...clearly it's not so what about that company too? I hope people learn to research like I have although it's very sad that we have to learn the hard way.
	January 15, 2008 Ripped off! I ordered dvd set of third watch oct/27/2007 these people billed my visa same day 45.00 lied to me for 2 months giving all kinds off excuses & is now ignoring my e-mails for my credit never ever used these people.
	January 15, 2008 Non-delivery! Submitted order on Dec. 4, 2007 received e-mail it was shipped then received another e-mail two weeks later saying it was re-shipped and gave a tracking number. When it still hadn't been delivered I checked the tracking and was told it doesn't exist now it's Jan 15, 2008 no delivery and can not make contact with company in any way WHAT IS MY RECOURSE? Also, is this company related to TVSHOWPLANET? Foolish me this is second time trying to get some DVD's online I'm out $128.58 HELP!!!
	January 14, 2008 Never received item! After having paid for a DVD and receiving an email that it had been shipped, I have never received it. It was a Christmas item ordered on Nov. 18/07. Beware people!
	January 14, 2008 Non-responsive! Ordered set of "Boy Meets World" DVD's on Dec 6, 2007. Had a mix-up on address. Did not state they would not ship to P.O. Box. E-mailed physical address and was sent an e-mail stating "(sic) outta here". Called USPS and they said package was never received. USPS gave me a tel. number to have Naxpmedia call to clarify and correct problem. Naxpmedia never called. Further e-mails were not answered. Could not telephone them because their phone system was being upgraded! It's been 30 days and they still haven't fixed their phone lines!
	January 12, 2008 Late order! My original order was placed in November, after several emails and a dispute with my charge card company, I was sent my order 2 months later. The order was incomplete, the DVD,s were copies off the TV (the disney channel) symbol at the bottom of each DVD. The picture is poor quality and the jacket covers containing the DVD's are copies with several mis spellings. It appears that the company may be a fraud as I cant find anything authorizing sales of copied DVD's off the TV for profit. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from this site without serious investigation into the legality of DVD copies.
	January 10, 2008 Ordered DVDs never received! I purchased the Third Watch DVD collection on 12/3/07 for my husband for Christmas and I still haven't received it. I contacted them and they sent me a UPS number. UPS said they never picked up the package. I have sent them two more emails about my order and have not gotten a response.
	January 9, 2008 Failure to produce ordered merchandise! Ordered dvd's was charged and they sent the dvd's, returned e-mails or phone calls. Now the website looks to be down.
	January 9, 2008 Overcharge / no product! On Dec. 17 I placed an order with naxpmedia. Their site indicated orders placed by Dec. 18 would be delivered for Christmas. This hasn't happened. It is now Jan. 10 and I've not heard from this company despite repeated attempts to contact them via e-mail and telephone. They have also charged my credit card $98.98 4 times for the same order.
	January 8, 2008 Order never arrived! Same happened to me...order placed on Nov 29th 2007 and on Dec 13th below is the e-mail I got back from them on Dec 13th... still waiting for the items today 08/01/2008. THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! Dear Sherri There is an issue currently in shipments to Canada , Canadian orders will cost us $70+ dollars to ship and we are trying to sort out this issue as we have undercharged for these orders. As the prices of our series do not even reach these rates we are unable to cover the cost at the moment. They have been returned for insufficient postage and we are working to try to resolve this issue to resend out the orders to our Canadian customers.
