Naxpmedia took the money for the dvd set ordered December-2007, however never shipped the item. Very hard to get through email. Impossible by phone. Received email stating that they were having trouble with their warehouse, item will ship soon, and that I could request a refund at any time. I took their word that it would ship soon and waited. I asked for a refund at the end of February 2008, but did not receive any return email from Naxpmedia nor have I received a refund. This company is a Major Scam!! I will be following through with whatever legal means available to shut them down.
