Rip off!
Order 2 dvd's Nov.24 2007... never shipped them, never refunded. Also they had BUY/SAFE logo on their site which is no longer on their site. I wrote BUY/SAFE and they asked if I bought a bond, (which there was no option for on Nax site) but they tried to look into it anyway and that's the only time Naxpmedia would email me back and lie about sending a refund. Naxpmedia is a fraud - they show their online chat as not available now which is just a hoax, when you call their number it is out of order- so there is no way to contact them except email... I am looking for any way to report them...

Scam website!
Naxpmedia is a scam website. Does anybody know how to have any recourse against this company? I have ordered the boy meets world dvd set a month ago and still have not received it. No way to contact them. No response from them!

Missing DVDs!
Wow!! I wish I found this site before I ordered from these crooks! I ordered Third Watch and China Beach on Dec 15. My credit card was charged the same day. I received my bogus tracking # on Dec 24. I too call the phone number they had listed at all hours of the day and of course the center was always down. I also sent emails to get zero responses. I did make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be making a fraud complaint on my credit card. I'm just hoping to get my money back.

Never received the DVDs!
I ordered there Boy Meets World DVD collection on December 11th hoping to give it to a friend in time for their birthday. The order never came in, so eventually i started to try and contact them. First i sent them and email in which they gave me a pre-written response saying that they received it and will respond within 48 hours. Then i tried calling them but there phone center is ALWAYS closed. It has been more than a month and have not received them at all. To all who are reading this: DO NOT buy from Naxpmedia.

failed to ship item
Order # 2079 placed on Dec. 5, 2007, shipment notification received via e-mail, nitification of "re-shipment via UPS" with tracking number received 12/18/2007. Item never received by UPS for shipment. Contacted company 12/22 via phone (closed until after Christmas) and via e-mail. Generic e-mail reply received that they would contact me in 48 hrs. I have called and e-mailed repeatedly and have never received a reply. Phone center is always "unavailable- please use on-line chat" and on-line chat is unavailable. E-mails are never replied to. This company does nothing to take care of it' s customers once an order has been placed and the item is never shipped!

SCAM! DEFECTIVE DVDs!! NO CONTACT!!
No one likes to admit it, but I got scammed too. I am
taking the time to write this to PREVENT OTHERS FROM
GETTING SCAMMED. Naxpmedia is a rip-off, a scam, a
dishonest and unethical company!! Do not do business
with them. My situation is a little more unique than
some of the others in that I actually finally got
some DVDs (very defective ones...keep reading). I
went through the same process of ordering my DVDs in
November, only to find out on the website that ALL
orders placed before Thanksgiving were LOST by the
USPS and would be resent through UPS. After checking
back on the website a week later, I did indeed see a
UPS tracking number. Several days after that, it
showed up in the UPS system. So, a MONTH after I
ordered a boxset (Fraggle Rock, for about $30), I
actually DID RECEIVE IT. That's where the real
nightmare began. These are "garage" made sets, that
are not "sealed" as they claim in any way. The boxes
were crushed and the quality of the DVDs was
something I have NEVER experienced in my life. The
sound was distorted terribly on many DVDs and most
importantly, the picture quality was worse than
anything I could ever have imagined - so grainy and
pixilated that irt is barely viewable. Even more
noteworthy is that those were the good DVDs! The ones
with an even poorer picture quality were horrendous.
I honestly do not know how anything could be recorded
this poorly. Some people recieved nothing, but don't
be too disappointed, becaue if you had received
something, it would probably have been the same JUNK
that I got, which is only useful for my trashcan when
or if this is ever resolved (and it will probably be
easier for you to file a dispute with your credit
card company) I have received no response to my
emails sent to [email protected] regarding the matter.
The number on their website Tel: 1-888-603-NAXP just
answers that the mailbox is FULL, so you cannot get
anyone on the phone and the Fax: 1-888-810-9241 also
answers in the same fashion, that the mailbox is
full. Also, there is never any Live Help Available on
their website, it's always offline. I got SCAMMED.
Buyers beware - save your money - STAY AWAY from
Naxpmedia or face getting ripped off. No I have to
call my credit card company to dispute the charge and
deal with that. I will spend the time to go
everywhere I can online to warn others of this SCAM.

Order never received!
I ordered a DVD from NaxpMedia.Com and never received it. My complaints are consistent with all those posted on the site. I'm so frustrated at this point I plan to file a formal complaint with the BBB and have NaxpMedia.Com SHUT DOWN!

One month late & missing dvds!
I ordered the Boy Meets World Series DVD's on November 25th, and was billed shortly after. I was expecting them to arrive within the next two weeks, but after almost three weeks of still having not received anything, I got an email that said my order was being "reshipped" and got a UPS tracking number. I checked the website and I was understanding of their situation with switching shipping companies. Whatever.

So I checked the status of my item quite frequently, considering that they were supposed to be a Christmas gift and it was already December 13th. But for 11 days, the item's status was "billing information received." I eventually sent Naxpmedia an email requesting more information on the package, since it still hadn't been shipped. No response. Then I sent another email through my Naxpmedia account requesting an immediate refund of immediate arrival of my package. I only received the auto response email saying they received my email and would respond within two days. Still no response, but amazingly my item was shipped! Wow, so when I threaten a refund, my item gets sent?! I'm not one to go through the trouble of sending it back to the company, but I still wouldn't get the item before Christmas, like I'd hope even though I placed the order a month in advance.

On top of getting them 3 days late, on the website, it says that it come with 14 discs/seasons 1-7. First off, we only received 12 DVDs out of the supposed 14. And secondly, after sticking in the first DVD, everything seemed alright until we stuck the last DVD in and it only read Season 6 at the top. What a surprise, we didn't get a Season 7 DVD.

This company is a big scam, they don't respond to customers and don't know how to ship items you order but sure know how to take the money out of your account! Don't buy from them, the DVD quality isn't even that great for their prices.

Only get product if file a posted complaint!
Todd banks. it seems like you only ship to those who file a posted complaint on google. you miss UPS tracking # 1Z55V9Y70398677104 from basierc in yahoo /answer in.answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20071221072416AA2V6E4 she posted her complaint 5 days(Dec. 21) ago but i guess you did not see it. so her UPS shipping status is still "Billing Information Received". (Dec. 26 6:03pm arizona)I will be posting my blank disc replacement (1Z55V9Y70297673219) later. it's only been sitting for a week with no package given to UPS.

I placed several orders online for my Christmas gifts all around 11/30/2007. One of the orders was from NAXPMedia for my nephew. All of my other orders had already shown up, but not the one from NAXPMedia, so I went to their website to find out if my package had been sent. Their website said it had been sent by UPS, but there wasn't a tracking number listed, so I wrote an email to them about my concern and the actions I would be taking if it was not corrected.

I was appalled to find out the order I placed with them on 11/30/2007 was accepted on 12/01/2007, the funds were taken out of my account on 12/03/2007 and supposedly it was shipped on 12/05/2007, but never arrived. So I went directly to UPS to find out where my package was, UPS had no record of any package being processed from NAXPMedia to my address. The following day I received 2 emails from Mary Smith. One was a pre-written generic statement with an 1-888-603-NAXP (6297) and an email address of [email protected], the second was a reply to my scathing response to receiving a generic pre-written statement, which said you should receive your tracking number today. I did receive a tracking number of 1Z55V9Y70398677104. The only problem is that anyone can get a tracking number, it doesn't mean anything unless a package is picked up. And as far as UPS is concerned they have all of the information necessary to ship the package, but no package to ship.

In my search to get this corrected before Christmas, I have called the 1-888-603-NAXP (6297). The answer I get is that the call center is closed, try again later. I have tried all hours of the day and it always says the same thing. I tried their customer contact email, [email protected], I just get generic pre-written statements. I tried the personal customer contact for Mary Smith at [email protected] and I don't get any answers. I even tried the number (1-808-780-7182) that is listed on your bank statement with the transaction notes and all I got was a generic voicemail message. I have done everything I can do to work this out with NAXPMedia and I know they had plenty of time to get the product to me because UPS confirmed it. Still they persist in ignoring the issue. Obviously, from these other answers, I am not the only person who has had this scam ran on them.

I am going to my bank today to dispute the charges from NAXPMedia and if I were anyone who has used a credit or debit card to purchase anything from NAXPMedia, I would do the same because you will NEVER see what you ordered. Now I have to run out and find a gift for my nephew. I am just glad I caught it in time.

NAXPMEDIA.COM: ARRIVED ABOUT A MONTH LATE BUT VIDEOS ARE GOOD.
This is Hsieh Kai Hok. I received my Third Watch DVDS on wednesday, 12/12/07 at 2:16pm arizona time after almost a month of delivery time. The DVDS are in good condition. Because I want to update my previous complaints as early as I can I did not inspect all discs. However, the several random discs that I played looked good. They worth the money I spent. I have 21 discs with about 6 episodes each and looked like I have all my episodes. Because of the 5 situations cited on Yahoo questions and the fact that I did not receive my order for about a month that I filed my first complaint. I honestly don't know whether I would have receive my discs had I not file the complaint. Under the academic system I would give the quality of the video a B+ and the service and delivery time a F ( which is the reason why I thought this company was bogus). Case closed.
