An FYI for anyone dealing with this group. I called the 888-321-9861 CS number and did the following.

I wouldn't take no for an answer, I needed the money refunded to my bank account. The guy just kept reiterating the 14 day policy, and told him politely I wasn't going to argue with him, so if he couldn't help me to send me to someone who would. (Of course the crying might've helped).

In any case, that didn't seem to be working so I referred to this website. I mentioned that I would be embarrassed to work for a company with such unscrupulous policies. Applying unauthorized charges (because of the 14 day cancel clause that no one see's) might be legal but its still lowball. I then mentioned there were hundreds of complaints regarding there practices and that seem to do the trick.

I'm still going to send a complaint to the IL Attorney General, its the only way to shut these people down. So please do the same in your state, we need more than one complaint to get the ball rolling. So this clause can no longer be considered legal.
