They state directly on their website 'AT NBE FINANCIAL WE ARE COMMITTED TO QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE-PUTTING THE PEOPLE WE SERVE FIRST. WE WILL ALWAYS ADHERE TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE OF INTEGRITY IN ALL OF OUR BUSINESS DEALINGS.' This is all a complete lie. After deciding to go with this company to handle my loan modification, I realized what a BIG MISTAKE this was. They DON'T keep their word when they say they will do something. I'm utterly shocked that they are even part of the Better Business Bureau. They say they will call back, but don't. I received 2 return phone calls in an 11 month period. After calling for an update on the matter, a woman by the name of Tina who was supposedly working on my file, said 'Let me call you back in 5 minutes'. That was a lie. I didn't hear anything from anyone till 2 months later. I have complained to them about this and they apologized...only to do it again and again. I ended up calling the bank for an update instead, only to find out that NBE Financial didn't do anything at all since December. Not only that, but the names of the people I have been speaking to at the company, appeared different in the authorizations for the bank to speak with them. This raised the red flag. This is definitely a company I will NEVER recommend to anyone. They say they are committed to quality customer service, but in reality, they are only there to jerk you around like puppets on strings and take your money. After all, to them it's business. What do they care if you lose your home or don't qualify for a loan modification. This makes me question their integrity towards others. This company should not be in business.
