I placed two orders for kids furniture on January 15 2006 from NC furniture, they told me will be delivered by april, after so many email finely on tuber 2006 they told me it was on back order so I wanted to cancel my order they answer back I have to send a letter requesting so, I did write the letter and never here from them again.

I called them by phone, send email and get no answer, I have all the emails save and the order No. date and the copy of the cancellation letter I sent.
