Today I received a call from a company calling themselves the National Crime Center (NCC). They state that us cash advance has turned an account that I am have with them over to this company. When I try and talk they get really upset and they also want to charge me 5, 500 for the amount owed and attorneys fees? When they wanted my debt card and when I wouldn't it give it to them they stated that I should then buy a pre-paid card and then call them with the numbers. When I ask if I could send them a money gram or wait for my bank to open the next so that they could make out a cashiers check with their name and address on the check so that they would have proof of payment and I would have proof of payment. They then stated that they were a federal branch and couldn't accept a money gram for payment. They wouldn't even give me the number of the us cash advance office. They have all my information though they have my name, ss number, bank account information, etc. Now I am going to have to change my checking account and debt card number. Please if you have any information on this company pass this information on to me so that when they call again I have something to hit back with.

SO THEY OUT SMARTED AND CALLED FROM A 703 NUMBER YESTERDAY AUGUST 25TH ..THE LADY WAS RUDE AND WAS LIKE IS THIS ( SHE SAID MY FIRST AND LAST NAME ) I WAS LIKE YEA BUT WHO AND WHAT IS THIS . WE ATTEMPTED TO COLLECT A PAYMENT FOR ACCOUNT SOMEONE FROM OUR OFFICE CALLED EARLIER THIS MONTH AND SAID YOU WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY PAST DUE BALANCE OF ...SHE DID NOT SAY WHAT BILL, WHO IT WAS OR ANYTHING, SHE TALKED OVER ME AND SAY SO NOW THAT I VERIFY THIS YOU BLAH BLAH, YOUR B-DATE IS 1/24 AND I WAS SCARED AND HUNG UP ...BECAUSE I KNEW SOMETHING WAS FISHY ...IF I OWE A HOSPITAL, THAN THE THEY WOULD SAY YOU OWE CHILDREN 'S HOSPITAL MAAM. WHEN OR HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO PAY THIS DEBT, OR DO YOU HAVE A FORM OF INSURANCE TO HELP YOU PAY THIS DEBT ..BLA BLA

MY FRIEND RESEARCHED AND SHE SAID THAT I SHOULD PROTECT MY BANK ACCOUNT AND LET THE BANK KNOW TO CHANGE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER AND TELL MY HUSBAND TO DO THE SAME BECAUSE I HAVE DONE BUSINES S WITH ONLINE LOAN CPMPANIES, THAT THEY COULD OF SOLD MY INFO TO SOME SCANDAL ..DAMN I HOPE I DONT GET SCREWED OVER THIS AND HOPE SOMEONE SHUT THE NCC DOWN ...FBI NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE AND BROADCAST IT OVER THE NEWS

They have been calling my parents house to try to speak to me for months now. I have made one payment to them via their website. Since then I had misplaced the letter that had my login acct info to make additional online payments. I have tried to contact them to get this info and never get a response besides the recorded messages left on our answering machine or the same man. I have made contact with them through the mail stating my situation and do not get and do get any type of response or compliance. They call the same time everyday over and over. Today they called and started to leave a message when my dad picked up the phone but it was still recording. The man on the phone claimed it was regarding "student loan info" . 1. that is not true ; it is debt collection and 2. he is not legally allowed to give out that info to anyone but me.
