These people are unbelievable. After ordering the Canon EOS Rebel T1i 15.1 megapixel camera, I received a call from the company the next day confirming my order. Then the sales pitch began. "You know the camera only comes with a Demo battery that will last for 20 minutes and then it's no good. You have to buy a lithium Ion battery and we sell them cheaper than Best Buy. You can buy a 1 hour, 2 hour, or 4 hour battery." When I asked how someone could sell a camera that the battery would only last 20 minutes, I was told by 3 different people that it comes from Canon like that. After telling them to put my order on hold, I called an authorized Canon dealer in our area and told them what the sales people at Need 4 Digital had told me. He just started laughing and told me they were just trying to sell me an extra battery. I even called back and spoke to another sales person and told him what the authorized dealer had told me and he continued to lie and state there are two batteries in the camera. This is an out right lie! I was told by Need 4 Digital that I could order the upgrade package and the price would go up from $599 to $819. When I finally felt comfortable enough to go ahead with the order and keep it at the original agreed upon price of $631, including shipping as agreed on the checkout online the night before, I was then told there would be an additional $30 for insurance and it was required.
These people are the biggest scam artists on the web and they have no conscence! DO NOT USE THEM! They will get you to fall for one of their lies. Not only do they lie, they are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. Save yourself the headaches and buy somewhere else. It may seem like they are cheaper, but they'll make up for it in the end.
The only satisfaction I had with this whole experience was telling them where they can put their unethical company. I'm sure they've heard that many times, but at least I feel better.
Hope this helps others.
