Ordered a camera from these guys online. next week got a set of emails asking to contact company to "confirm order". after being hung up on and transferred several times reached guy who asked me if I wanted a battery with the camera - apparently, did not include battery. Was confused about this. Next thing he asked was if I wanted the standard olympus lens, since that did not come with my order. Was even more confused and said I'd have to check the order now in my records. was rude to me and asked if I would like to cancel the order. Eventually, even more confused now, I agreed. Now realize that this was a classic bait and switch scam. Glad I got out of the deal with no harm done! do not do business with these people!!!

Need for digital were advertising the new canon powershot s90 for $321 on cyber monday, so I ordered, and for some strange reading I actually took a screen shot of my order. Glad I did!

I received an email from them saying I had to call them about my order. Guy on the phone said I had entered the wrong zip code for my billing address, but since I had the screen shot I knew that was not true.

Then he tried to sell me lots of add ons and warranties, also said the battery would only last 20 mins etc etc, so then my $321 pruchase suddenly became $439!

I called canon as I knew something was up and asked them about the batteries for the s90. They're good for 220 shots and take less than 2 hours to recharge not the 8 hours the guy at N4D told me.

So I called back and each time customer service put me through to a voice mail. They did this 3 times until I pressed the number to "buy" an new camera.

They then transferred me to the same guy I had been speaking to, although he denied it three or four times. He had a very distinctive accent and spoke in a very peculiar fast slurring way. I asked him why he told me the battery only lasted 20 mins and why he denied dealing with me earlier. When I asked for the manger of his department he said " The head of which department?" so I asked him for the person whom he directly reports to. At this point he told me he was the manager!

I asked him to reinstate my original purchase for the $321 and he said he could not.

So I cancelled my order, told him he was a liar, told him to eff-off and hung up!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people

Also, check with your card company to make sure they do cancel your order.
