Hello I'm trying to get my money back against some scammers. However they're located outside where I live and one valuable information I need is what is the contact number to the small claims court in Texas? Preferably Arlington. I need to ask the courts there an important question and man is it so hard to find they're contact info.

Anyone knows if they have an email or a 1-800 number for people who lives elsewhere? If not, then what's their regular phone number of and mailing address. I can't believe trying to contact the courts would be a task in itself.
