Purchased a digital video camera (new) and received an obviously used one (poorly packaged, unsealed with tape inside camera of little boy). It was an obvious defective return -- the tape was very poor quality (they also over charged us by $200 but that's a different complaint).

Called them to complain and they said to return the camera. Upon return they wanted to charge us a $157 restocking fee but was willing to replace the item for a "new" camera. We said we want nothing less than 100% refund since they did not honor the purchase price nor send us a new camera. We have filed complaints with our credit card company, BBB, and city of NY. Please do not ever buy from Need4Digital. We wish we read all the complaints on this site before doing business with this very un reputable company!
