I ordered two Kohler sink racks on-line. My MasterCard was charged IMMEDIATELY! Later that afternoon I got an e-mail that they were not in stock, they’d have to be special ordered and it would take six weeks. They wanted to know if I wanted to go ahead with the order or cancel it. I immediately e-mailed them to cancel the order. I never received the cancellation confirmation until I followed up with a phone call. It took three other calls to them before my MasterCard was finally credited two weeks later. What legitimate company charges a customer before they even know if they have the item in stock? Their customer service reps were useless and snippy. They may want to rethink their method of doing business. There are too many other reputable on-line plumbing supply companies out there to deal with these people. They get my vote for the ‘Customer No Service’ award of the year!
