I started a social networking website with neeetz.com and paid them an annual subscription of $130 to get my own network domain name and removal of all neeetz.com branding from my website.
To cut a long story short, I started experiencing a string of problems with the functioning of my new website. The pages were loading slower than my other networks, the pictures didn't look right and so on..
Like a needle in a hey stack, I discovered that the only means of reaching them was through online support which said 'leave a message". I tried reaching them 3 times but got no response.
They finally replied after my 6th attempt - I discussed my problems with them and after they looked at everything on my website, they moved a whole bunch of stuff around on my main page, just to make it look like it's working fine. I told them I didn't like what I was getting for my money..
I asked them to give me a refund but they just wouldn't reply my emails!
Gosh, this gets so frustrating!
