Selling the membership on false statements. Here is the attachment sent to Mr. kalpesh employee of Cambay Family Holidays for suitable action on 03-10-2009.
SUBJECT: Cancellation of Membership and Refund of deposited amount Rs. 12, 879/=
Dear Kalpeshji,
In the context of the above subject, I want to bring the following things under your knowledge.
1. I received your email-ID from my resources.
2. My family was invited for the presentation by the Cambay Family by your representative Ms. Snehal.
3. After a presentation of your offerings given by Snehal and Mr. Deepak Kapoor, I was initially not interested as I am not the person who goes for holidays frequently. But other offerings like selling the one week was attractive, which made me to get this membership. After a long discussion, I opted the membership of one year initially with 21 more days, with option to sell my week during prime time.
4. I paid Rs. 3000 initially and given the post dated cheque of amount Rs 9, 879/= that was collected by Mr. Deepak Kapoor and Ms. Snehal from my residence.
5. I was waiting for the membership cards and other documents from your side which was expected after the 15 days of the complete payment. Since It was delayed, I visited at your Vashi, RaghuLeela Office for the reason. There I came to know, after discussing the point no.3 again with you, that lots of commitment was wrong.
6. Based on that day talk, I requested you, for the cancellation of membership and refund of my paid amount. On view of that I had submitted one application in writing also.
7. You had also forwarded my case to the Gandhinagar head office. But there was no response yet.
It is requested to kindly follow up the matter, and resolve it asap. As a employee of such a reputed organization, such delays are not expectable as it is effecting the reputation of your organization. So waiting for your favourable reply soon.
