I contactec Neighbors for a moving quote after doing my research. I received a estimate and put down a deposit to ensure delivery. I was suppose to have delivery Friday March 19, 2010 from what my agent told me. I receive a phone call Tuesday saying I'm here to pick up your stuff but never heard from a dispatcher. I receive another phone call Thrusday from their sister copamny Orien Moving and Storage saying that they can not pick up my stuff Friday but will call me tomorrow to set up a date. Friday comes along and they say we do not have a update but will call you Monday morning and give you a update. I call the sister company first Monday morning because I have not heard from them. The reason I receive is "Oh I forgot about you, give me three hours and I will get back to you." I call my agent from Neigbors second and ask him to get him a handle on things. I never heard back from them so I called them at 5:00pm on Monday March 22, 2010. My agent was gone from the office so I left a voicemail. I talked to the sister company and he stated nothing was finalized and could be done tonight but they were still working on it. In my voicemail to my agent I asked him to call me in the morning when you got in and he never did. So i called him at 10:30 am March 23, 2010 and asked him for a update. He apologized and said his sister company really dropped the ball. He put me in contact with his operations manager who apologized and said he was trying to do all that he could but he couldnt get to my house in Mississippi to pick up my stuff. I'm sure they knew this for a while but decided to push it off until I was finally fed up!
