My name is Nelsi Rivera and I made buisness class reservations for me and my family to travel in comfort to Ft Lauderdale florida on december 30, 2009 on flight 123. My family and I where at the airport 2 hours early as instructed we followed procedure and went through baggege claim then went to gate more than half hour befor plain departure. the Plane closed its doores and wouldint let us board. This is an inconvinence to my family cause my husband has sickel cell trait and has tremendouse difficulty flying. The Staff Put us on a latter flight in the last seats witch was very uncomfortable for all of us and we where not all seated together, and my children are 5 and 12 still small. This was a very unplesant flight for me and my family and the spirit staff was very disorganized and had no answers for us. We would like you (Corporate) to address our experience and compensate us in a way you see fit for your customers.
