they told me that i owed them $1076 and made a settlement with me, even though the account did not belong to me i still paid for the account cause i wanted to get it off my credit .they promised me a letter to take it off my credit and when i called them to get the letter from them they weren't trying to help me and the were very rude especially a man that sounded like transvestite his name is JOSH SOCY A SUPERVISOR who probably just got promoted to a supervisor cause he didnt know how to talk politely .EVERYONE IF YOU HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE THAT YOU TALK TO THE MANAGER AND HIS NAME IS BRENT, CAUSE HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT IS PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST
